la solution pratique sur North Sydney
l'hotel est idéalement situé, juste à côté de la station de métro Chattswood qui est très bien déservie et permet un accès facile à centre de Sydney. Il y a de grandes rues marchandes et une vraie vie citadine dans les environs,pas besoin de véhicules. L'hôtel: les chambres sont grandes (sur le mode service appartment), les lits confortables. Le WIFI est offert si vous laissez vos coordonnées à leur programme à la reception (jusqu'à 4 appareils) le staff est agréable.

Very nice hotel in a convinient location
Chatswood hotel is really clean, the area is animated but mostly with shops... there is nothing to do for tourists in my opinion. But it's close from the train station and many bus stops, where you can find transportation for anywhere in the city. So all in all, the location is really convinient, whether for business or tourism. For the rest, the staff was really helpful and friendly, rooms are really huge. Very clean too.

Chatswood has come along way in recent times and the new developments are continuing - we welcome another 15 restaurants including a Michelin star chef from Hong Kong in the next month so hopefully next time you don't have to hop on the train to the city - even if it is only 8 minutes away! was kept awake by plumbing sound and bath was not clean, needed a scrub to get scum off. moved to a second room forcsecond night, less plumbing noise but room was very stuffy and smelt of wet carpet. balcony had dirt on railing that may have fallen from above. just not clean.

시설은 좋았으나 3박4일간 청소를 해주지 않았다.신년연휴라고 청소를 해주는 직언이 없다고 3일간 침대 정리는 물론이고 쓰레기도 치워주지 않아서 불편하미 많았다.

Poor attention to detail. Examples - in one bedroom apartment, only one face washer. Couple of grubby areas in kitchen. Toaster didn't work and replacement provided was old, rusty and had an old piece of pita bread already in it (yuk)! Bathroom exhaust inadequate (fogged up straight away). Foyer smelled of garbage. Smoke alarm located only a few feet from toaster and jug, with notice saying use range hood and open window if using. Not good enough!

Underwhelming however very comfortable stay.
We stayed 4 nights and our bed wasn't made once by the staff despite us being out everyday giving them time to do it. That was disappointing. There wasn't any information about what was around and how to get to places. We felt like the staff expected us to know the area they didn't seem interested in providing high quality services like you'd except.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. 1 bedroom apartment was roomy but bathroom was very dated and could do with a refresh. Great location and super easy to get around on public transport. Close to shopping and heaps of dining options.

Not Mantras fault for area around the property. Contractors working on external buildings started at 6.30am on a Saturday morning when they are not supposed to start up till after 8am. Not a reflection on Mantra at all, as their room was very quiet and free of noise from surrounding rooms.

The Mantra Chatswood is the only place I stay in Sydney now, and have done so many times. I use a wheelchair and there is a particular room I like which I am usually able to have if I book early. The staff are so accomodating to my needs and occasional requests, and they are friendly and available around the clock. It’s a great location close to Chatswood Railway, and loads of buses leave from nearby.

Easy to find. However, no hot water in the room, the dryer from cover fell off and made a hell of a din, and there was black hair in the bath/shower tub... Yeah, so only a 4/10 from me.

It is good hotel in general and close to train station. The only feedback is bit noisy on lower floors with mosquitos, though we requested for higher floor im advance. Cheers.

Wow
Great place to stay. Close to the train station, shopping district, and restaurants. Friendly service. Clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms. Easy to get to the city from Chatswood Train station.

Awkward and Rude Check-in/Out
When I went to check in at 11:40pm, the receptionist informed me that he had cancelled my booking without calling me first. I asked him why he did, and he didn't have an explanation just didn't think I was coming and acted very oddly about it. I have had late check ins to many places in the past and no one has ever cancelled my booking without minimum calling me first. They wre a 24hr reception as well, so that also didn't make sense. After about 20 minutes of him doing something on the computer he rebooked me, but directly through the Mantra, instead of going through Hotels.com ( so I lost my stamp). He said we could have late check out at 11:30 but then must not have put it on our file because at 10:05am someone was pounding on our door and when we said we ha late check out, the receptionist called us and said that they needed us to leave as soon as possible so they could clean the room. When we checked out at 11:15 ( earlier than they told us we could stay), the new receptionist was really abrupt and didn't even look up and told us we could go. Everyone was pretty rude, and the whole experience was just odd. It was a lot of money to spend on a pretty average room and terrible, awkward customer service.
