The team at Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Airport take all feedback received very seriously and it is unfortunate your stay with us was less than ideal. We pride ourselves on the level of service and hospitality of all our staff, and I apologise you didn’t experience this. An accusation such as bed bugs is taken very seriously by the hotel and we have had an emergency inspection by Pest Control organised and they have not found any evidence in the room you stayed in. The entire hotel and our guest rooms are serviced monthly by pest control to ensure we offer our guests a positive and enjoyable stay.I kindly request that any queries or concerns you may have are discussed at the hotel in the future as we would always like to resolve them as quickly as possible. I hope that the team and I at Adina Sydney Airport can renew your confidence in the Hotel and welcome you back soon.
