« The property is really nice. Unfortunately as soon as you enter the settee and carpet are stained. There are also marks all over the walls. The kettle was also dirty. I emailed about this and didn't get a response. I emailed again and they said someone would swap the kettle but they did this while we were out which I don't appreciate as I specifically told them not to enter when we weren't there. « If you are looking for luxury this isn't the place for you. Its very homely and warm like visiting Gran. Had everything we needed and very spacious. Garden is a plus for the dogs and a lovely walk to the city center. »

« The a comodation was quiet, clean, warm and well equipped. There was a convenience store adjoining the site. The bus service was good and we used it to get from Swansea to the property and to get to the start or from the end of coastal walks. We were very happy with the stay. »

"Probably this hÎtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice price so it's a good value deal. Would recommend."
