« It was a lovely modern property with nice beds and great kitchen. The seating area outside was great. Very central location. Parking is a bit of a pain as the nearby car parks are very expensive (ÂŁ17/24hr v Swansea which are ÂŁ5/24hr). No nearby free street parking. Mumbles is a very busy place. If you’re a light sleeper I’d advise earplugs as we found it quite noisy. Excellent communication from host and all in all a great place to stay whilst visiting the area »

« Check in process was very confusing due to providing the incorrect location of the lockbox.Listing states parking is available, yet that is not the case you have to go to a lot and pay for parking.Wifi didn’t work at all for us.Bed was VERY uncomfortable in the master, springs popping out.Bathroom had no mirror, the only mirror was inconveniently located behind the door in an armoire shower was lukewarm at best.In need of some updating. »

« I stayed here with my daughter and grandson. We all enjoyed the house which is in a beautiful setting with sea views from all the back windows and the large patio. The three bedrooms were all of a good size and very comfortable. There was no en suite but the bathroom was very near and the shower room not far. (It would be good to have an internal map of the lay out to see how the rooms were configured in the written information.) The kitchen was well equipped with some basic cooking ingredients...

« Really nice property, spacious, clean and finished to a high standard in a nice quiet area. Close to the city with nice views and a brilliant outside space on the 4th floor. It was a bit big for the 2 of us but that wasn't an issue, you could comfortably have 4 couples stay with plenty of room. There are 4 floors so it has a quote a few stairs but that is the nature of a townhouse. We would love to stay again if we are ever back in Swansea and I don't think you could get better for the price,...
