« We didnt access the pool or hot tub.We were a little disappointed by the cleanliness as the cleaner hadnt been in and dirty laundry left behind. On contacting host, they appologised. But no further contact from a cleaner to collect the laundry or clean.Luckily the property is very tidy and the hosts had made the beds up. We have stayed previously, so i know this is not a normal occurance. »

« We arrived steep steps to the property fine not a problem, after we entered could clearly see it was nothing like what was listed. Ripped Lino to the point of a trip hazard. Screws hanging out the banister. Ants in the living room and little beetle bugs in the main bedroom. Drain overflowing with sewage in the garden.no garden furniture, eight bin bags of rubbish that had been ripped open by what we discovered to be rats. Beds were broken mattress’s on the double beds that uncomfortable I woke...

« The chalet was fine, well placed for the mumbles. Not enough information about the chalet amenities but have passed this on to the host. I would say it’s not big enough for 6 people, four maybe. Could have been cleaner but again have passed this on. »

« It was a nice house, well equipped and tastefully decorated throughout. I had two pretty comfortable nights stay. My only negatives were that I found it very chilly downstairs and the shower wasn’t the best (pretty basic). »
