We checked in Saturday may 25th really late. When we took our showers we didn’t have any hot water, it was barely lukewarm. The shower pressure was horrible. I had to wash myself 3xs before I actually felt clean. And I couldn’t get all of the shampoo out of my hair. I informed the front desk, they assured me that someone would look at the issue and fix it. When we came back that night and took our showers it was worse than the first shower, I informed the front desk again. She informed me that they were full they couldn’t put me in another room nor could I they fix the issue until Tuesday. $500 and I couldn’t take a proper shower..

We got to the hotel in the evening and were met by Jimmy at the front desk. He was very pleasant and welcoming. It was getting late and we were hungry. Jimmy recommended places to eat. We chose an Italian restaurant and had the most delicious meal. Thank for a very pleasant stay. We had a wonderful weekend.

Hotel and staff were great, no problems at all. Dairy queen next door, nice little sitting area superstructure from the pool to have a drink and relax.

Not as great as expected
There was only one eleveator running and the one that was running had torn up carpet and the floor was not level. Ice machine did not work on the floor we were on.

One elevator was out of order, leaving only one elevator working. You had to stand there upwards of 20 to 30 minutes to be able to get to the floor you wanted to go to.

From the time I stepped to the front desk my experience was amazing! Jewell was so helpful knowing that I was convalescing after a total (R) Hip replacement. Thank you Jewell and the rest of the staff for making my stay very comfortable!!!

Our dog got to stay with us however, there was no indication (stains, fur or odor) that any other pets had been on the property. Only criticism is that elevator carpet needs to be replaced.
