Suwalkin helmi!
Ihana huone, jossa erinomainen sänky. Herkullinen ruoka ja aivan mahtava aamiainen. Hotellissa oli samaan aikaan häät, hotelli kertoi asiasta etukäteen ja sijoitti meidät ylimpään kerrokseen. Selvisimme häiriöttä!

Best Hotel I stayed at so far.
The room was absolutely spotless, comfortable beds, great breakfast. I honestly wish I had larger stomach to be able to try all of the delicacies. When I will travel back to Suwalki I will be staying there again.

Breakfast / Covid not taken seriously
They didn’t take enough consideration for corona restrictions in the breakfast room. There were obligatory signs, but the staff didn’t care when most customers took buffet breakfast without wearing masks and talking loudly. Plastic gloves were not even available, as far as I know, and those spoons already felt sticky at 7.30am. Also the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Little garbage left from some previous guest, so they didn’t bother to remove few dirty cotton buds from the trash etc. Maybe that is their environment policy.

Parking next to hotel. Odd payment: I thought I already paid via Hotels.com but had to pay on site. Technically correct, just had a different impression. Rather good breakfast. Hotel room was hot. Definietely clean. Overall reasonable place for 1 night stop over.

This was my 7th stay this summer and... could not be more pleased. Rooms are nice and very clean. Hotel personel is very nice and make you feel very welcome! And now during the Covid times so... your safety is really really taken care of! Absolutely no need to worey about safety :-)

Bardzo przyjemny hotel
Wygodnie i czysto. Zatrzymaliśmy się na jedną noc w drodze powrotnej z Estonii. Położony w pewnym oddaleniu od centrum miasta. Ogromnym atutem hotelu jest to ze jest przyjazny zwierzętom. Bardzo przyjemna i pomocna obsługa. Mogę spokojnie polecić.

Mooi nieuw hotel, ziet er netjes uit. Diner in het hotel was prima, ontbijt was prima te doen maar alles was al oud wat er nog lag aan eten. In het algemeen voor het hotel prima maar als het ontbijt wat beter geserveerd word dan is het absoluut een 9.

OK hotelli
Hyvä sijainti aivan entisen valtatien vieressä. (kaupungin ohitustie on avattu) Huone hyvänkokoinen. Huoneessa kokolattiamatto eli aamulla oli nenä vähän tukossa. Valitsin hotellin puhtaasti hinnan takia. Kaupungissa on parempaakin majoitusta, mutta niiden hinnat olivat tällä kertaa turhan kalliita. (Olen yöpynyt kaupungissa ainakin 5 hotellissa) Kuitenkin, Szyszkon aamupala on mielestäni kaupungin parhain. WiFiä en saanut tällä kertaa oikein toimimaan

Rooms are clean and nice and quiet. Personel is very nice and food in restaurant/breakfast is very good. And hotel is very easy to find. Perfect place for a stay on the way to/from Poland or even for a longer stay.

Goed maar.....
Er hing iets mis met de boeking en de receptioniste behandelde ons zeer neerbuigend. Onze gegevens waren niet belangrijk, haar computerscherm was zaligmakend. We werden uitgelachen. Niet erg professioneel. Verder geen klachten maar een andere receptioniste zou niet verkeerd zijn. Het hotel was schoon en modern. Personeel in het restaurant/bar was top.

Останавливались в этом отеле второй раз (первый в январе 2018 г.).Снова были довольны уютом этого современного отеля Szyszko c приветливыми менеджерами на рецепции, просторными номерами и удобными кроватями. Как всегда разнообразный континентальный завтрак с вкусным кофе. Бесплатный паркинг,быстрый интернет и бесплатная бутилированная вода дополняют общее приятное впечатление от пребывания.Идеальное соответствие цены и качества.Спасибо персоналу за хорошую работу.

Sehr gute Frühstück
Zimmer nur OK (sehr heiss, kein Klima), aber Frühstück super. WLAN gut. Problem mit Kartenzahlung. Wollte mit Karte im Zloty bezahlen, musste aber im Euro zahlen. Das heisst immer 10% mehr Preis.

Gelungener Stopover
Neues Hotel im Gewerbepark, waren nur auf der Durchreise. Restaurant hat etwas "sozialistischen" Stil. Von der Angabe "Nachtclub" müssen sich Familien nicht abschrecken lassen.

Erittäin tyylikäs hotelli ja erinomainen palvelu. Pieni miinus, ettei ilmastointia ole ja 15 min kävelymatka Suwalkin keskustaan.

Hotel SCZYSZKO (Oh God, how to pronounce that ???)
This hotel looks and feels a brand new. Only 2 bad things I can tell about that hotel - veeery slooooow Wifi (almost none) and the location - absolutely nothing to see around. But it is very clean and comfortable if you need just a place to stay, sleep and eat breakfast (which is very nice and tasty). I would say 4,5 out of 5.

Not nice staff in the reception
Ok room, but without ac! Good restaurant with also good breakfast! The minus for tjis hotel was the staff in the reception, not very service minded and nice, nearly see me, nearly didn’t answer my questions... The staff was playing with there iPhones and didn’t look up when I want to ask something!

Unusable Internet, Dirty Linen = You can do better
Arrived late one night. Outstanding staff at front desk: smart and very friendly. Effortless check-in. Good sized room and good bed, but... pubic hairs on bed sheet and very poor "cleaning", with dust on shelves. We slept in light clothing to avoid contact with the sheets. Absolutely awful Internet, the very worst we have experienced in dozens of hotels. To say there is WiFi is totally wrong. Yes, you can grab a few paragraphs on your phone but doing your office email? No way. It took two minutes to load the Expedia home page and then too slow to look up reservations for the next night in a different town. After trying late at night I tried the next morning at 5 AM, in case there were many users late at night. Nope. No go. On the plus side, the front desk staff are really nice people. We left before the restaurant opened for breakfast and they offered to pack us a breakfast to go. It was super, really good and ready to go for us. Checkout was also super fast and efficient. Our car was safe in the lot out front. We were there late and too tired to change rooms, so we did not complain about the dirtiness of the room. It could be this was just an unfortunate exception, but I doubt that as you know when the cleaning crew does a sloppy job like quick wipes that leave behind dust around the bases of lamps, etc. But such terrible, totally unusable Internet really requires a disclosure and not a claim that there is WiFi that does not in practice exist.

Ich hatte das Zimmer inklusiv Frühstück gebucht, bei meiner Ankunft erfuhr ich das es von Expedia ohne Frühstück gebucht war und ich das Frühstück extra bezahlen musste. Bei früheren Buchungen für dieses Hotel über andere Anbieter hat dies alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Werde dies bei meinen nächsten Buchungen wieder über andere Anbieter vornehmen.

Danke für das Feedback. Die Frühstücksdetails sind auf der Reservierung in der letzten Etappe. Aufgrund der Probleme bieten wir jetzt nur Frühstücksoptionen an.

Hotel bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany, łatwy dojazd, bogato zaopatrzony bufet w rożnego rodzaju alkohole z bogatą kartą dań. Obsługa bardzo miła, starająca się zaspokoić wszelkie prośby gościa. Nic dodać nic ująć. Polecam.

The Worst Internet
The internet speed was at "dial up "speed. The worst I have seen in Eastern Europe. When the cell phone speed is 5 times the hotel internet speed...the hotel has an infrastructure problem. And management was nowhere to be found, even though I ask to speak to the Hotel manager
