Worse place I ever stayed in. Had to wait 1 hour for check in, room was set up was really bad, sink got plugged, no hair dryer, dirty towels, no blanket for 3rd person, was not worth the price per night. Do not recommend for overseas visitors!

Dear Madam Thank you for the review please note firstly you did so many changes to the booking as someone died in your family secondly instead of 2 rooms chose 1 room to fit in 3 people. From 2 nights booking was changed to one night you had booked in a basic room which as per specification does not has "hair dryer facilites" instead the room was upgraded by Manger to deluxe room which she personally checked before you arrived.Please do mention in your review that you called more then 10-15x to change the room and change the booking.still thank you for the review we will see to improve our facilites.

The place location is what I liked, just the housekeeping needs to be jacked up, my first day was greeted with a oil stained bed sheet and the room was changed to a clean room with no balcony, not really how Ive expected to spend my 4 days in suva, considering it's the same price as the southern cross.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed.
There was no towel in the room. Called front desk and they said they will bring it. Waited for 30 minutes, no response.When called again, was told that there is no towel and that the staff will provide in the morning. Next morning, called again and did not hear from them. When I called again, I was told that the towel staff will come at 10am. The check out time was 10 am so I checked out without shower. Very shameful for not able to provide a towel.

Bula sirThank you for your feeback.Please stop providing misleading information to other guest who wish to stay at the hotel as towels were provided by reception and a grace checkout time was given by the reception on duty! Still we will look into the feeback and will rectify the mishap for future reference

i have to check first day of stay. i need my money back.please credit my card.i stayed for only 26 may i checked out 27 may whole night we could not sleep no running water ,dirty ,noisy, foul smell no good for international visitors

Good Morning Thank you for your review sir you credit card refund has been done but sir please do not give false information to other guest firstly you swapped 3rooms then when one room was provided to you still you had issues and for water issue it was just for 1/2hr complimentary water was provided by hotel and within 1/2hr water was restored for noise level it is a hotel and every floor has an noise level notice indicated. we have accommodated alot of international visitors and still accommodating them. but thank you for your review we will surely work on that. and your refund has been processed from our end.

Bula Mr Ajay thank you for taking out time and giving your review but as per your booking you had booked yourself in the basic studio which clearly indicated that it is in the basic room you were shown the room before check in and we do not provide wifi facility at all- all the rooms are without wifi and its mentioned. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Low water pressure in shower, could only get trickle of hot water, got only 1 small towell, bedding was average, service maids were helpful and friendly. Noisy guests.

Thank you sir for taking out your time in reviewing our property the water pressure is central division issue but we try to give best service to our guest from backup water tanks! As mentioned small towel was given sir in your 3-4 day of stay no complaint was received and upon checked out you had mentioned everything was ok but still we appreciate your feedback and will try to improve on that

I like my stay in townhouse I like the front desk they did a good customer service and my room always neat and clean when I go out and come back my towels I really appreciate those ladies who was doing the housekeeping work and the general manager was absolutely awesome who helped me out when there was a little problem gets noisy at the time but front desk always take care of that problem I really love my stay and I'd like to think whole stuff of the townhouse to taking care of me and welcome me as a family

I really like the stuff staff of townhouse and room service cleaning was very nice and the general manager was really helpful overall I have no problem leaving enjoyed my stay at townhouse hotel. My dislike was very noisy couple of days but the general manager take care of that so that was really nice of her I really recommend people going on vacation or a business trip to spend a night and enjoy the atmosphere of townhouse thank you
