« We were quite disappointed with the condition of the condo. The bedroom carpeting was VERY dirty with a huge stain at the door. The toilet rocked and the seat was so old the paint was worn off. The window blinds in the living room had rips in them. The refrigerator door shelves would not stay on, one was missing, one was in the cupboard and the third fell off during our stay. »

« The property was cute and fun. We had some difficulty getting inside with the directions and the way they were written. Also, the drains smelled when water was ran through the sinks or shower. Other than that it was a great place and a great location. »

« This place was very clean, fresh and newly renovated. Easy check-in, convenient location to Traverse City and the lake. I'm giving it 5 stars for the price and would stay again. Only minor complaint is higher quality linens/towels/TP would be appreciated (and expected at a higher price point). Also note the fold out couch is a blow up (we didn't try it out, since it was just my 10 year old she opted to sleep on the large couch without folding it out and was very comfortable). »

« Heat did not work. Condo was very cold. Host provided space heaters but we could not run them all as it tripped the breakers each time. Host had no solution for this. No compensation was offered, other than 5 hours before check in the host told me I could find somewhere else to stay and he would refund me. Obviously finding somewhere else to stay with 5 hours notice for a family vacation was not an option. Bathroom was dirty. Mold and mildew on the shower curtain, baseboards covered in dust and...
