« Perfect location near downtown. Right on US 31 though so road noise is pretty consistent. Also, hospital is nearby so med flight helicopter and ambulance runs were heard at least twice each during our stay. Noise wasn’t so bothersome that I wouldn’t stay here again though. Easy spot within walking distance to many good attractions. »

« At first glance, the rental appeared clean and updated, but that quickly changed. The floors were quite dirty, with visible salt stains and debris. After sweeping, it was clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. I also noticed loose cupboard hinges. The bathroom had more serious issues. The handle on the glass shower door was not securely attached, which felt like a safety hazard. Additionally, neither bathroom outlet worked, and I was unable to find or reset a breaker. « This was our second visit Nicely appointed 1 bedroom with laundry in the apartment, as well as a kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Traverse City. We enjoy staying here much more than a hotel. Hosts were helpful at our earlier visit, we didn't need anything this time, but responded quickly when I informed them we were checked out! We will likely be back next year. »

« Very clean and convenient place to stay. Very manageable walk to all downtown restaurants and shopping. Parking is available, but not enough spaces for the number of rooms. We find this at most in town VRBOs. Parking in the ramp is right next door »

« Condo was very clean and in a convenient location. Sometimes loud with sounds outside and from the hall. Condo had a weird smell, maybe from neighbors cooking? Since it is pet friendly, there was a lot of dog hair on the couch and chair in the living room. If you're very allergic to dogs, might not be the best place to stay. There's a recycling dumpster outside next to the trash, but nowhere to store recycling inside the condo, so that might be something the host considers adding in the future....
