    Tremendous location within walking distance of downtown Traverse City, with all the delightful restaurants and shops. City Side Lofts is centrally located between East and West bays, in a neighborhood with access to beautiful parks and beaches. Please keep in mind that our condo is located within the city, on a high traffic road. This is perfect for walking to local attractions, but keep in mind that some street noise should be expected.

    ***If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean, the fee is $70 and it can be scheduled after your booking. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send it over through the Airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.

Perfect location, super close to all the restaurants and shops. Stayed here with 3 adults and a 2 year old. Spacious condo. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

A great stay

Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The property manager was very quick and kind in responding to my questions before and during our stay. Rooftop seating was great, especially for morning coffee. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely downtown condo

Great condo with all the extras. Perfect for a little weekend getaway trip. There were even ear plugs for the late night traffic noise. This condo is conveniently located to everything.

Our relaxing Holiday getaway

Super clean. Had every single thing we needed. Location is perfect. Shopping, beaches, restaurants, marinas, parks - all nearby. The table book was organized with maps and reccomendations - very helpful. Key codes, parking - very easily. Perfect place for me and the kids!

Perfect for a Girls Trip

The unit was clean, easy to access, & in a safe area. Proximity to DT & the wineries. Only feedback is that the water filter needed to changed out & the master bedroom was noisy with traffic. They provided ear plugs however, so they came in handy.

Great location and very clean!

Great location, home was very clean, check in and check out was super easy! Only negative was that the pull out bed was broken so the place technically only sleeps 4 and not 6. We had 6 people so this was a big bummer.

Our stay was very disappointing. Unbeknownst to us, when we arrived, the outdoor entry code had been changed, but the host never notified us. The only reason we were able to get in the night we arrived was by chance that I had added an extra number and gained access. I could not have duplicated the code if needed, so we had to hold the door open for one another as we unloaded, otherwise we were locked out and couldn’t gain access. The next day I spoke with another renter and asked if they were having issues with the door and she is the one who informed me the code had in fact changed. We reached out to the host to inform them, but never received a response.Once inside, the property had an unpleasant odor that made it feel unclean. We could not ever figure out where the smell was coming from nor what it was.We also found a cockroach during our stay, which was very concerning! It made us super anxious and wondering if we were going to be bringing some home with our stuff as we had suitcases sitting on the floor. To make matters worse, the pull-out sofa was broken which made for sleeping on it super uncomfortable. Who likes their bed to be at an uncomfortable angle that you have to sleep at the foot of the bed and not at the head of the bed!On a side note the place is advertised for 6, yet the table only had seating for 4 with no extra chairs and didn’t really have adequate seating in the living room area either. Best Pet Friendly Accommodations in TC

Love the pet friendly apartments in this bldg. Property is located adjacent to a charming neighborhood perfect for dog walking. This particular apartment was not as clean as the previous one in which we stayed. Floors were not washed, lots of marks on the walls & sheets in master BR were not clean. Hopefully this was an aberration because I still highly recommend the property.
