Etape sympathique après la visite du Lassen Volcanic National Park. Grande chambre propre et confortable. Pour le petit-déjeuner, un système de bons à valeur à utiliser dans le restaurant/bar situé au rdc de l'hôtel. (vous réglez le supplément si vous dépassez la valeur des bons). Du choix et copieux. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Nice atmosphere. Rooms very clean. Excellent customer service checking in and checking out. The only downfall is they did not offer drinks in the casino. You had to go to the bar and purchase. Also the slot machines were not ticket in ticket out. You had to get a players card and any winnings were transferred to that card and then you had to go to the cashiers desk if you wanted to get your cash.

I found this casino very pleasant. I am from New Mexico and found that your casino was not a smoke free environment in the inside of the casino. IN NM our casinos are smoke free. That was a little disappointing. Did love the bar area, "z" was a friendly and fun bar tender. The room was very comfortable. The mattress was a little uncomfortable but not bad. Close to my family, that was a big plus. I would stay at this casino again. Thank you.

If you’re sensitive to cigarette smoke stay away! I’m sure this was amazing when it was new but it’s filthy now!! The outside of the toilet looked moldy and there was dirt on the floor in the closet. For the price I paid, I expected way better!

We stayed at this hotel so we did not have to drive home to Redding after our daughter’s basketball team competed at Lassen High. We did not enter the casino or eat at the restaurant. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the casino that lingered in the lobby, but we were so thankful it did not enter the actual rooms. We were also delighted to see it was not a pet-friendly hotel. (Nothing worse than being subjected to other people’s dogs barking nonstop when they are left alone. Or, having them lunge at you or your children in the hallways.) The room was clean and comfortable and well appointed. We have stayed at many hotels over the years, and we agree that this was one of the most pleasant stays. A big thank you to the kind and welcoming staff too!

While booking our stay I was aware of a possible $50.00 deposit but when I got to the hotel, it was actually $125.00. The lady at the service desk was rude about us being early (we had an infant so we thought we’d try to see if they were able to check us in early) and told us to come back at a different time. We decided to get some food and then wait the rest of the time in the lobby. A gentleman came in and was able to check in before the time we were given. The hotel is attached to a casino so it smells like smoke regardless of being in a smoke free room.

Love this place.
I come to Susanville a few times a year on business and have stayed at Diamond Mountain in the past. It's always clean and comfy with a fantastic staff. The restaurant is very good, too. It doesn't smell like smoke like.many other casinos.
