Shabby Chic Studio in quiet leafy Cul-de-sac

I have been a Super Host and hosting guests full time on an alternative platform for over 5 years.
Our Shabby Chic Studio is a located in a leafy quite cul-de-sac opposite the entrance to Noosa National Park and a 700m meter walk to the stunning Marcus Beach.
This cosy, stylish, open plan space is set separately in front of the main house.
The studio can accommodate 3 guests in a queen and single bed.
Peregian Beach village is 6 min drive, Sunshine Beach 10 min drive and Hastings Street 15 min drive from The Studio.

THE STUDIO OFFERS:

Kitchenette – Induction electric hot plate, toaster oven, electric frypan, pans, kettle, toaster, fridge, crockery, cutlery, wine glasses etc.

NB - Please be aware that there is NO MICROWAVE on the premises.

salt & pepper.
Queen & single bed. Cot available on request.
Fan, Air conditioning or heating.
Unlimited free wireless NBN internet.

Bathroom with walk in shower & eco-friendly shampoo / body wash / hand wash.
Baby Bath available.

Bath towels & hand towels.

Hairdryer

Iron + ironing board.

Clothes drying rack.

Please note: There is no washing machine or dryer in the studio.

Guest Access :
The studio is in front of the main house as a detached building and self check-in via a lockbox.

You will have your own access into the studio via the main entrance walkway. The walk way from the car park is well lit and flat.
Your parking spot is directly in front of the studio window on our driveway.

Additional notes :
We welcome guests with a child or infant however please be aware that there is no suitable playing area outside.

This is a smoke free studio.

We have a dog that is confined to the inside and back of our house but you may hear him bark.

Please note: There is no outdoor sitting area for guests and we ask that you do not smoke anywhere on the premises.
