« The place is wonderful, with lots to do around it.Just be aware that bathroom amenities are minimal...just hand soap. Bring your own tissue, shampoo etc.. there seems to be an ample supply of towels though. Make sure you check out the front hall closet for pool and beach supplies (towels, folding chairs). »

« My friend and I, plus two small dogs, stayed 6 nights here and had the most wonderful vacation!HOST: Judy gets ten out of ten for being friendly and very attentive, but professional enough not to be intrusive. Had she not told us about Parksville's Tuesday evening market, we would have missed out on a fun experience.COTTAGE: We have never stayed anywhere so perfectly provisioned with all you could possibly need. The house was very clean and comfortable and we appreciated there being two bedrooms...

« What a gem this is! Clean and comfortable is just the beginning. From a well appointed kitchen to thoughtful little things like spare reading glasses, the owners clearly take a lot of pride in hosting. And the cottage is just darn cute!! « This was the perfect house for our girls trip! But it would've been perfect for any getaway or group: Couples, a family with littles, etc. The house was clean, tastefully decorated and stocked. Everything was as described. The hot tub and cold plunge were dreamy, surrounded by tall trees in the middle of the forest. It was very cool to take the long stairway down to the shore. It's such a cool property. We loved the location too! The hosts were very helpful and responsive. »

« We had a fabulous time at Rathtrevor Cottage! My Mom (who's in her 80's), my son who is a teenager and my husband and I felt like we could relax and enjoy a nice couple of days as soon as we entered the air conditioned cottage. It was clean, it had everything that we needed and the access to the beach, pool and amenities were perfect. Judy was easy to keep in touch with and followed-up regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay, which we really appreciated. Thanks so much for a lovely...

"Chambre suite vaste, bien agencée et bien isolée. On n'entend pas du tout le couloir alors que nous étions proche des ascenseurs. nous avions bouilloire, cafetiÚre avec bon café et bon thé, un frigo, les canapés étaient vastes et confortables. HÎtel bien placé; proche métro mais aussi proche à pieds et en bus de plein de points à voir et visiter. Service sympathique et efficace. nous avons aussi utilisé le room service. "
