Porto Cima Hacienda - Pool, Theater, Hot Tub!

Introducing the Porto Cima Hacienda! The incredible 8000+ square foot home gets its name from the unique Spanish accent pieces situated throughout the home. It sleeps up to 24 people and features a massive bar area with a pool table, a theater area, a private heated pool overlooking the lake, hot tub, a wine room, a massive dock with its own bar, and three boat slips (28x12, 38x14, 50x17), all situated in a NO WAKE cove! Perfect for swimming and floating without the worry of boat traffic. This home really does check all the boxes!

Main Floor

On the main floor you will find two bedrooms, an office, a living area, a wine room, large formal dining area, kitchen area, patio with gas BBQ grill and laundry room.

Bedroom 1

This room is an additional master and features views of the lake and pool, a king-size bed, dresser, TV, and an attached bathroom with soaker tub, stand up shower, and double vanity sink.

Bedroom 2

This room features a king-sized bed, large closet, TV, and an attached bathroom with single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Wine Room

This sitting area features a wine bar, card table, and wine cooler.

Office

If you have to work on vacation, do it comfortably in the large office with oversized desk.

Kitchen and Dining Area

The large open concept kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast bar with four barstools, and a dining table with 6 chairs overlooking the lake. The formal dining area features a gorgeous table hand crafted in Mexico with 10 large chairs.

Living Room

The living room features a sectional couch, chairs, and a flat screen TV. (Fireplace not operational)

Top Floor

The top floor features the Master Suite, bunk room, and a balcony with sitting area off the master.

Master Suite – Bedroom 3

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, nightstands, dressers, and huge walk in closet. The master bathroom features large sinks on both sides, a stand up shower, and a large soaking tub in the center.

Bunk Room – Bedroom 4

The bunk room features two queen over queen bunk beds, and a twin day bed, perfect for all the kiddos!

Lower floor

The bottom floor features a bar, pool table, theater area, half bath, and two bedrooms.

Bedroom 5

The fifth bedroom features a king size bed, dresser, TV, and an attached bathroom with single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 6

The sixth bedroom features a king sized bed, TV and an attached bathroom with single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Theater Area

The theater area features a large flat screen, two queen sleeper sofas, and other seating options as well.

Outside

Outside the home you will find a hot tub, private in-ground heated pool with many patio tables and sun loungers, and a massive concrete dock with three boat slips (28x12, 38x14, 50x17), dock bar, gas fire pit, and sun loungers.

Enjoy access to a private boat launch on the same street.

Neighborhood Description

This home is located in the highly sought-after Porto Cima subdivision in Sunrise Beach, right across the bridge from Lake Ozark. This is a quiet subdivision surrounded by other luxury-style homes. This home is centrally located on the 14-mile marker, close to all the lakes’ best lakefront bars and restaurants. Also located near TONS of amazing golf courses.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

● Do not enter the pool in the same clothes that were worn in the lake. This throws off the balance of the pool. If extra chemicals or cleanings are needed for excessive dirtiness, the cost is the guest's responsibility.
