Points positifs: - Motel juste à côté de la US 101 et d'un certain nombre de grandes entreprises de la Silicon Valley => facile à trouver et pratique lors d'un déplacement pro. - Petit centre commercial avec différents restaurants à quelques centaines de mètres. - Petite salle de sport avec différends appareils de cardio-training. - Excellent petit déjeuner. Points négatifs: - Bâtiments et chambres un peu défraîchis. - Les prix ont fortement augmentés ces dernières années (taux de change Euros <=> US$ et... reprise économique américaine).

I did not like the fact they cherged me for an early check in 3 days after i left when i showed up at the property after regular check in time. The soda machines als9 don't work properly.

The pictures don’t do this place justice it’s better in person! Very friendly front desk people, their breakfast was good. Restaurant inside the building so that was a plus! Overall had a pleasant experience here I would stay here again :)

Advertise as White Lotus but delivers Bates Motel. I wanted to check out after getting there. The curtains were shredded. It felt unclean. There was an RV in the lot that looked like an unhoused person was living there. I asked to check out early but they wouldn’t refund me despite me stating that i felt unsafe there. I gave it a try. I did sleep well and stayed then full stay. I packed my things up each day since I was afraid of a break in. The room received no housekeeping the entire time I was there.

Older motel. Issue with a person parked outside my room blasting music. I asked if he could please turn it down. He replied with swearing. I contacted security to see if they could see why he was there and to please turn down music. Security came told the person that there were complaints, then security left. The music was then louder and the person stood outside my door screaming, cursing and threatening me for approximately 20 minutes. Security never returned. I had another day in my business trip. I left and checked into another hotel.

Even though the lobby of the hotel was very nice. The room, especially the carpet was dirty, windows were thin and you could hear everything outside. Showerhead was clogged. The floor lamp was falling apart, and in shambles. Would not stand on its own. The staff was friendly and the heating/AC unit was spot on. Breakfast left little to be desired. Limited selection and not very hot.

1st room Had ants in bathroom. Called to desk and was promptly moved. So very nice. 2nd room The top sheet on the bed was ripped in several places as well as the skirt around the bed. Didnt call. We felt like we didnt want to make a fuss. But... after experiencing the following.. We felt completely frustrated and went to the desk before showing. All I got was apologies and the manager wasn't in. I hadn't asked for the manager. There was no offer for someone to come look or fix the issue. I figured there was not a handyman on site that could deal with issues that come up. This leads into The tv circled all evening and would change stations after finding services. Then lead into circling again. We called the Front desk where we got a apology and there's nothing that could be done. The next morning the. Shower head sprayed to the sealing. Called the desk.. again there was nothing they could do, no offer to come fix the issue. Just apologizing for the inconvenience. My husband had to rescrew the shower head where there was water tape around the base of pipe that was worn away. Presure was terrible. No spay to the sealing though. Just leaking from the head but landed in the tub so that was better. Floors felt dirty on feet. You could see filth on the floor along the baseboards. It wasn't a relaxing visit. The overall feeling just felt like we were a inconvenience. The young man at the desk was very helpful for directions and kind with the apologies. The location was great.
