Really enjoyed our week stay. Suites are clean and everything is in good condition. Great for an extended stay. They don't supply a regular coffee maker so we brought our own. They have a Keurig type. Otherwise all that we needed was there.

The visit was excellent and i give this place 5 stars. The hotels are new and hopefully they are maintained well as the time passes. Of course i have my gripes that I will share. The elevator is a hot box. So recommend taking stairs as much as possible. The beds, couch, pillows were so-so on a comfort level but were all new and in pristine condition. The campground is well maintained. I didnt spend a whole lot of money on the property so cant provide feedback on everything. The bar and food seemed reasonably priced compared to what you will spend offsite. Make sure you get ice offsite as we paid 7.50/ 10lb bag and had just gotten back from getting live bait. If i would have known i would have purchased the ice offsite as well. Overall i would absolutely stay here again and highly recommended.

You bought the ice from our Marina store where we sell the large 16 Lb. bags of ice. Our General Store sells smaller 7 Lb. bags for under 4 each. We try to accommodate the needs of all guests. There was 4 of us, the place was very clean. The amenities provided in the room was very good, we even managed to cook breakfast & dinner. Great recommendation by Sarah at front desk reception on the recommended place to have dinner. We asked for extra pillows & they were very promptly delivered. The only downside is that the reception closed at 5pm. So, make sure you get everything you need while the office is open.

Hello Joseph,Thank you for your feedback. I am happy your group enjoyed the amenities we provide. Our office actually closes at 8:00 pm but we do have a night host on duty until 11:00pm. If you called for pillows, perhaps the front desk receptionist was helping another guest so your call rolled over to the answering machine. We always do our best to accommodate our guests' needs.

Very nice, spacious layout, comfortable rooms and beds. Located close to Key West and has its own private beach as well as nice pool bar and restaurant.

I loved that there was a washer and dryer and full kitchen the the new North building rooms, our room overlooked the dock. The beach was large enough for the guest and fun for the kids. the Pool area was the best, fire pits, chairs all around, games in the pool area, hammocks also, very pleasant stay, I only wish I was there longer.

I would like to offer a comment regarding the lack of hot water coming out of the restroom sink faucet temperature wise. As well there is no plug to cover the drain in said sink to assist during shaving. Other than that we were totally satisfied and would highly recommend your facility. All the best. Please reply. Hello Mike and Debra, Thank you for the feedback. I will have the bathroom sink faucet checked for hot water. It is strange only the bathroom sink water was not heated so it could be in the mixing valve. Without feedback like this we would know of a problem. Feedback is appreciated.

Kennan, We are happy you found your room comfortable and complete with everything you needed. Mosquitoes are treated with pellets drops by the country Mosquito Controlhelicopter. Maybe one day there will be something that works on noseeums!

Very nice property and stay! Would definitely recommend and love to stay here again. Staff was super friendly and helpful! My only complaint is there was no hot water the second and last night, then the next morning. Other than that it was a very great experience!

Our propane tank ran out and as soon as we found out the service provider was contacted and apologized the tank was skipped on the route schedule. Hope you understand.

This was our first time back since the remodel. We were blown away at how beautiful everything is. My only complaints are there is no place for using a grill if staying in the suites portion. This is something that should be available as it would had made our vacation so much nicer. The old Koa haf a play area for kids which was nice for non pool times. We really loved the place and cannot wait to return. Hopefully we could enjoy a grilled dinnerthen ad a play area forkity

Hello Christine, I appreciate your feedback and I agree the addition of a grilling area would be terrific for our hotel guests. We are looking into it but have to stay within the county Fire Marshall's guidelines on location since the parking area has sprinkler's in stalled for safety.

The site is super beautiful, very well maintained and has friendly, professional and friendly staff. There is no problem with parking. I took my boat and left it in the trailer at night and I never had a problem. The use of the ramp is free, if you want to leave it in the water there is a charge. Everything very comfortable

Exceptional grounds, amenities and hotel room. Everything was brand new and the view was beautiful. We enjoyed the heated pool and beach with our toddler. The poolside bar was great; you felt like you were enjoying a day at a resort. Staff were all kind and very helpful. All the guests were very friendly and helpful as well. We didn’t want to leave! However when we ventured out the KOA was a short distance to Bahia Honda State Park and about 30 mins from Key West. Can’t wait to come back!!

I appreciate your feedback. We chose a mid-firm mattress when furnishing the new hotel rooms. Sorry it wasn't more like what you are used to. Glad you enjoyed your overall experience.

Everything was wonderful at this hotel! It's clean, organized and an overall pleasant place. We even had a tornado warning while there and the staff made sure we took cover and remained safe. Having a restaurant/bar and a little convenience store was a definite plus! The only downside to our stay was the "doggy" smell in the main bedroom and I believe it was coming from the rug that was on the floor. I don't know how often those throw rugs get washed (as opposed to only being vacuumed) but it would surely help with the odor. However, it is great that dogs are allowed - it is a very pet friendly resort. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we are already planning ahead to our next visit!
