Castaway To Sugarloaf Key Waterfront—Bring Your Boat—Corner Lot

Castaway to Sugarloaf Key for a vacation home like no other. This large corner lot 4 bedroom / 3-bathroom home offers unobstructed panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Surrounded by water as far as the eye can see. Bring your boat and water toys and make Castaway your home away from home.
The homes interior is full of oversized floor to ceiling windows and brings the outside in with the natural light and breathtaking views from every window.

A partial wrap around decks offers outdoor dining and sitting areas and is great for entertainment.

The home is positioned on a double lot at the end of a private cul-da-sac offering privacy throughout your stay. The lot allows for plenty of room to store your water toys and cars and no neighbors on 3 sides of the home.

A 10-ton boat lift allows for dry boat storage for boats up to 26’ and up to 6,500 lbs. The dock area also offers a fish cleaning station, outdoor power and a boat basin where you can store kayaks and other water toys.

This house is a great home base for you and your guest to be comfortable during your month-long stay.

Living Room: 50” flat screen tv, sectional couch and recliner.

Kitchen/ Dining Room: Open concept with breakfast nook & dining table for 6, breakfast bar with bar stools. Gas range stove and standard appliances & kitchen items all included.

Master Bedroom: Oversized master suite with king size bed, plenty of storage/ closet space, chest of drawers, En-suite bathroom and Gulf views from 4 large floor to ceiling windows.

Master Bedroom Shower: Full bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, flats screen TV large closet and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3: Oversized bedroom with two beds. 1- full size bed & 1 single size bed, large closet with organizer shelves.

Bathroom 2: Full size shared bathroom with oversized jet jacuzzi bathtub / shower combo.

Family Room & Family 1/2 Bathroom (Available for additional charge for guests 9-12)
Located on first floor of home and features an oversized room for a family to enjoy. Has 1 - Single over full size bunk bed and queen bed. Also has a private bathroom with outdoor shower.

Outdoor Entertainment: Patio dining for 6, sitting area with outdoor couch and chairs.
Waterfront dining for 4, lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs around an outdoor fire pit.

We enjoyed our stay. Fantastic views and porches. Great kitchen and dining amenities. Second bathroom was inconvenient to shower due to being inside whirlpool bath.

We have been fortunate to have rented many properties and this is one of our favorite. A great review is one in which the renters like it so much they rent it again which we did. Great location view, Upper unit layout of house is very comfortable. The lower unit does need to be updated.

Great location. Lots of wildlife. Excellent layout for our group of 11. Kitchen was well stocked. Boat lift was easy. Would go back in the future.

We had a great stay at Castaway. With 8 guests, 1 dog and boat. The home is very comfortable and clean and has a fantastic family sleeping accommodation on 1st floor which makes it a great home for travelers with two families. The hot tub was a great was to spend the morning & evenings enjoying the waterfront views. The boat lift was also nice as it allowed us to not have to launch and haul out the boat every day and kept it clean while we stayed for the month. The master bedroom has a new deck off the side and the home is well outfitted for all guests needs. Will definitely return.

The home is perfect for multiple / split families with its upstairs/downstairs configuration. The area is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. It’s close to a school where kids can run an play in the fields after hours. The boat lift was great for our bay boat and the waterfront home is well kept and maintained. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for others who want to be out of the hustle and bustle of Key West.
