Office closed! Lights on! Door locked!
We had been working storm trouble in Texas. I-10 East closed down and we had been driving for 10+ hours trying to get out of Texas. We finally decided we were too tired to keep going. I booked the closest hotel to our location. When we arrived, the office was well lit and the Open sign was on. However, the door was locked and the outside temperature was below freezing with strong winds. I knocked and knocked. I called the number for the hotel. I called Hotels.com. We sat in our truck for over 30 minutes hoping someone would arrive. I had left 3 messages for the hotel. No one came and no one returned my call. We had to backtrack 30 miles to find an available hotel room. After chatting with Hotels.com, I eventually spoke to a live agent. They also called the hotel and was unable to reach anyone. It took almost 40 minutes to get my account refunded. What an exhausting experience.

The ac was super dirty, the water did not get hot, there was mold growing in the vents and corners near the ac, the remote for the tv didn’t work, Not to mention the Super loud train that passed directly behind the building, several time this evening,The only good thing I have to say the guy behind the counter was amazing! I booked 4 night I only stayed 1. OMG.

Friendly and quiet.
The owner was awesome. They had a rule that you had to contact them before you can check in so there’s no one at the front office that was one of the downside of it but at sunrise when he was contacted he came right over check me in and let me go in the room because he knew I was tired. I have no complaints about this place.

Great owner, managers, place is a flop-house. Loud trains all night. Bad neighborhood. OK if you need a couple hours sleep. Looks better on inside than outside.

This is my go-to place to lodge, when I’m in town for work. I can easily check-in, even when k get in late at night. The owner is really cool and makes sure everything is done right.

For starters, there was a large amount of black mold in the bathroom shower! It was absolutely disgusting! Also, there was a stain on the bedspread, not sure what it was, but I took a picture of that as well. On Sunday evening, I got locked inside of my room! The deadbolt was jammed and I couldn't get it unlocked. I tried calling the office, but there was no answer, so I called the police department who also called the 2 numbers they had on file for the owner and they couldn't get an answer either so they sent an officer out. After jiggling on the lock, and pushing an pulling on the door, we were able to get it unlocked. I was in town for my brother's memorial service, and this made the whole ordeal if more stressful.

I made a reservation via Expedia and arrive 9:30 PM. There was a sign on the door stating that, if you made your reservation on-line late, call this number. Glad to do it I called four times over 25 minutes and then, exhausted, I was on the phone with Expedia for a long time, when I should have been in bed. I was able to get Expedia to refund a non-refundable reservation. That is very rare. They could not reach the property either. So I rate this property as zero. Don’t take an on-line reservation unless you will fulfill it I stayed in 60 different motels last year and 20 so far this year.

Can't Sleep on a Railroad Crossing
There is a train that runs past the property blaring its horn at 10:30 pm, 12:30 am, 2:30 am 3:10 am and 4:30 am when I left. I got up and took a shower in a black mold infested shower. Would complain to management but there was no manager at the property. I've never stayed at an OYO and question their brand given they are involved with this property.

After making the reservation and confirm it over the phone , I drive to the place and it was closed . No one in the reception or answer the phone for 2 hours . OYO customer also didn’t help . Then told me that this place is sold out. Till now they did t refund my money back

My only complaint would be I had to buy my own toliet paper yalls were a bit thin. Other wise was a nice place to stay.

Hot shower clean bed cheap price
Nice hole in the wall. It was cheap . Very clean. The hot water was HOT. Best thing was the hot water.

The picture on the website was very nice but when we checked in our room it was horrible. I would never recommend this hotel/motel to anyone!!
