« The staff was welcoming. We were greeted with some very fine chocolates. The room was excellent and the bed extremely comfortable. We had a snack and a drink in the bar area and service was outstanding. The day we left we had a little time to kill and read in the parlor next to a cozy fireplace sipping toddies. "Cozy" best describes the ambiance of the Charmant Hotel »

« Location is very convenient, the view from lake facing rooms is really great. The room was comfortable with a good mattress. I did not try the breakfast / dinner this time so can’t comment on that. The reception hall looks nice and gives a good feel. My only concern was the very loud air conditioning system but it was fine for me as I would warm the room while out for dinner and come back to a more quiet ventilation noise. »

« The staff was great, rooms were clean and fully stocked. The pool and water park was awesome for the kids. Breakfast was good too »
