« The staff was incredibly kind. Check-in was a little inconvenient as my room wasn’t ready. After multiple attempts to check in the lady at the front desk assigned me another room. I was grateful and didn’t mind waiting however, we were there for a gymnastics meet and were hoping to settle in a room prior to my daughter’s performance. I understand it was incredibly busy and that being said every staff member I encountered was amazingly courteous and helpful. »

« We love Eureka Springs and we were so excited to stay at the Basin Hotel. Every single staff member we interacted with were unbelievably kind and fun. We even had the surprise of having an upgraded room. Of course this is an old building, but the cleanliness was up to par. We loved grabbing a couple drinks at the bar and hanging out in the game room, it was a blast. « Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »
