« I killed a cockroach 5 seconds after entering the property. The biggest problem was on the listing they didn't mention one ofbthe bedrooms was in the basement...would have been fine for teenagers but for our young kids it was scary and they would have had a very hard time finding us through a keypad controlled door and if the choose wrong they would be outside. Made for a very poor night of sleep on our trip. Nice decor, Pillows, sheets and such. »

« This place was perfect for our family! The kids loved having a playground and beach right there. We were big fans of all the sleeping accommodations and the space. We have friends in Luverne and we will definitely stay here again for our next trip. Only recommendation would be to get a curtain on the upstairs door window. The sunshine in the AM had the kids up early. »

« Like staying at a resort! Very clean and newly updated throughout. The kitchen has all new and modern appliances with all the cooking utensils and cookware needed to cook any meal. This is by far the most well stocked kitchen we’ve seen at any rental. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms had great showers and everything else needed. The neighborhood is quiet but close enough to Mankato. Amy is a great host and provides a top notch house. »

« Cute and comfortable accommodations—love the kitchen for making meals if desired. Only complaint — and very minor at that— was coffee filter with grounds was left in the maker and was moldy. I would definitely recommend and rebook myself if needed! »
