« Overall Skamania Lodge is really great and a great place to visit. We booked two Premier King rooms and they both were overlooking the river. The view and the rooms itself were really great. The reason to give poor ratings is because of the staff. Our room heater/cooling system was not functioning and we tried to call for help at Guest services. « Even though somebody at night cancelled my entire trip because I checked in a day later the woman at the front bent over backwards and took care of me. The pool is amazing and breakfast is alright. Only downside is the Internet is circa 2002. »
