« This is not our first stay in 803. There are the best views of the sunrise and sunsets! The condo has everything you need and very clean. Our host are the Best!! Loved the coffee bar this year. There was a water main break in Bonita Springs that affected us for a short amount of time but we had water before the evening was over. We enjoyed the pool and my husband loved the fishing in the bay. We visited Sanibel Island one day and a beach in Bonita Springs. Plenty of local restaurants and ice...

« Location, location, location. This charming little place has everything you need and nothing you don't. It's steps from two different beach access points. Would walk out to Access 3b with our morning coffee to check conditions, then load the wagon up with the provided chairs, cooler, and umbrellas to Access 3. If we forgot something or needed to grab a snack, it was no big deal to walk back to the house to get it. Because there's no public parking for the beach nearby, it wasn't crowded at all....
