Only small issue I saw one time while going to get clothes out of dryer was a black snake had gotten inside due to a gap under the back door. He quickly scurried out though. « Relaxing small resort within walking distance of a wonderful white sand gulf beach. Palm shaded garden and pool; private patio for each unit, as well as folding beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon. Great location: short drive to restaurants and shops and free trolley nearby. »

« This was an amazing stay for my partner and I. The place itself it great and offers so much from bikes, to beach chairs and umbrellas. Olivia was a great host and easy to communicate with. "Accuracy of Listing" received only four stars because the kitchen is shared but it is very large and wasn't a big deal at all. »

« Location was absolutely wonderful for a short weekend trip to Fort Myers Beach. Right on beach, in the heart of restaurants and bars. The unit was very clean and accommodating for our needs. Private roof entrance and lounge area had amazing views of the gulf! We stayed on the weekend, so Saturday night karaoke at the adjacent bar was a bit loud but there was enough white noise in the apartment to drown out the screaming. »
