« I explicitly asked the manager at the front desk when I reserved a room if the hot tub was open, and she told me yes. So I booked a room at that hotel completely based on that. After we checked in, we immediately got unpacked and suited for the hot tub, and it was closed for maintenance. « We reserved the hotel for one night a day prior to our planned arrival. Due to unavoidable circumstances we were stranded in Utah and unable to make our reservation.
