« The Hotel itself is beautiful! I didn’t get to see the pool area(1st floor) but I was told it was really pretty. Regarding the room. I had to call and have the sheets changed up due to a stain. The restroom walls have wallpaper and behind the wallpaper it felt crumbly. Other than that really nice place. They don’t have a fridge in the rooms so plan accordingly. »

« The hotel is nice located, I am giving 4 stars because when I arrived at 3:00 pm I was not able to check in into my room until after 05:00 pm and they just told me that they were having a “room block starting tomorrow” and they did not have rooms ready, not even sorry our team is doing their best, here are some free snacks or something we were exhausted from traveling all day, then I came for BTS concert and thought I loved the hotel decor it seems that some people got special things like goodie...
