« This is about check-in staff - for constructive criticism. We stood at front desk & staff was on phone assisting someone & was unable to find what the person was looking for. Never made eye contact with us or gesture she would be a moment. They told person on phone let me connect you to our 1-800 and instead of doing that kept talking again, not acknowledging us. We waited about 10-15 minutes which wasn't a problem, it would have been nice to put call on hold or say to us she would be a minute....

« NOT AMERICAN OWNED & OPERATED!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! We had driven there for a family funeral the next morning. My husband didn't sleep, became ill so I left him in bed & I stepped out of the room to leave. I ran into the desk personnel and i explained that he was ill and i was going to a funeral. He acknowledged and noded his head. 1 hour later my husband was awaken to metal banging on the metal door stating he had to leave!! My husband explained that he was ill, not knowing i had done this...
