« The welcome was not great, with the staff on the phone for 5 minutes while not even acknowledging us. We got the room key, ran an errand and came back to find that the room was not made, no linens, dirty and undone. The night staff was lovely, however and found us anothe room, clean and comfortable. I would have given her 5 stars, but the poor management, sorry room, and lack of respect for clients at the welcome was bad. »

« Hotel was at capacity for the weekend but everything was perfect from check in to check out. We got to the property about 45 minutes before check in. Our room was not yet ready which was 100% expected. We made the comment that we were just there a little early to swim, they allowed us to swim why we waited for the room to be ready. Pool was perfect temperature and crystal clear, rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and even with the full house breakfast was smooth and...
