« This was my halfway-ish stop on a trip from St. Louis, MO to Mayo. I needed a comfortable room for one night that wouldn’t break my budget, and this hotel delivered. The room was clean and comfortable, and the free hot breakfast was great! Staff were all pleasant, helpful, and busy—everywhere I looked, folks were cleaning up and making sure everything was in tip top shape. « Expedia reservations made at Hampton are treated with rudeness when the manager Jack says "Oh this is a 3rd party reservation and there is nothing I can do to help you with anything at all!" They made no attempt to assist us with a late (next day) arrival on a 2 night stay. We called the Hampton directly and of course the policy is a penalty of the one night but then Hampton cancelled the reservation and treated my wife very coldly when she arrived the next day.
