« Yes room spotless but the Receptionist was rude »

« It was a nice hotel. We got what we expected with a clean room and a hotel breakfast. They called 2x to verify that we were coming on the day of check in. That was a little annoying, especially because of the thick Middle Eastern accent of the person calling and the poor timing of the second call. »

« The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We stayed for three nights. There was no room maintenance, so you have to remove your own trash and ask for clean towels as needed. The staff was nice for the most part. The restaurant is not in the hotel and neither is the bar. You have to walk or drive the the gaming center. »

« My only concern is rather small. The hotel was noisey. But there was a sports tournament. This is a college town. Hotel had many college lacrosse players. They acted just like I did when I was in college. »

« There were insects all over the room. I think they were roaches, newly hatched. By the time we got back to the room it was late before we noticed the infestation. I let front desk and housekeeping know. I think they should reimburse us for the room. »

« Very nice hotel. Staff gossiping amongst themselves and were not overly friendly more like annoyed that people were checking in. It was very clean and nice. Front end staff ride but housekeeping staff were nice and friendly. »
