« Overall, the experience in the water park was good. However, never visiting a Great Wolf Lodge before but always hearing good things about the place, we were very disappointed and upset to find what looked to be poop on two of our pillows. When I showed the pictures of the pillows to the staff at the check-in desk, I got nothing but an empty “I’m sorry” and was dismissed as quickly as possible. « The hotel had easy outdoor parking but we had to pay for it! Just add it into the cost of the room as this addition was a little annoying. The room was clean .. the bed was comfy .. the bath was well stocked with towels. The location isn't good for walking to dine..so you pretty much have to have a car so you have to pay to park there. They have a breakfast but that isn't included and we didn't try it. »

"La chambre ne sentait pas bon, le tapis est vieux et ne semblait pas propre et il était taché. Nous avons aéré la chambre. L'hôtel aurait besoin de rénovation. La salle de bain n'était pas récente mais elle était propre. La piscine était propre et ok. La vue de la ville était très belle du balconLe personnel était jovial à la réception. Nous n'étions là qu'une courte nuit."

"On peut difficilement trouver mieux à mon avis. J'ai mis 5 etoiles à toutes les propositions. Évidemment si vous vous rendez au Cinci tennis open du mois d'août, il n'y aura pas plus près. Accessoirement ils offrent un service de navette gratuit si vous avez des difficultés pour marcher."
