« While my room was dated and needed to be updated, I was fine with this but when my power went out a few times over a few days including once in the middle of the night and I awoke in a hot room sweating with wet sheets and feeling aweful, that was not great for any priced room. « Upon arriving, we were approched saying they were 420 friendly, as they were partying in middle parking lot, smoking marijuana....REALLY.....Hallways smelled of marijuana. Did not feel safe at all, Managers were very unfriendly, never once talked to me. The guy that checked me in was not sober at all. Other residents that live there played music all night long, Police came and arrested someone in middle of night. The only good person there was cleaning lady, god bless her for having to work...

« Unfortunately after checking in, discovered a bed bug and contacted Expedia for refund as there was no way we were staying there. The front office was already closed and Expedia hasn’t been able to get ahold of the hotel to get my money refunded. It’s been almost a week and no update on status. I wanted to support since it’s a veteran owned business but service response has been terrible and the cleanliness was less than desired. »
