« Check in was easy. NO problems there. It’s the first motel I’ve been to that actually had a gated entry into the parking lot. You use your door key card to open it. We didn’t think anything of where the room at first when we had to go all the way around the building to park. Half of the parking spots in from of that side of the building in that section were handicapped. Our room was upstairs near the end essentially above and behind the main office. « We were just passing through Sacramento and needed a comfortable bed and clean room. We always try to stay at a Westin because we trust the high standards and quality of their rooms, facilities and service. This Location and staff were top notch. Check in was delightful. The staff was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay again soon »

« The neighborhood scared me. At first I thought I got scammed because the hostel literally looks like a house. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to know the host's(lives there)number one concern is safety- so keeping the doors locked and such was a big deal. That was a huge relief. Great host, I got in after 1 am with prior communication with the host, and I was able to get in.
