« The best part was Elliot’s Grill and Bar on premises. Quiet property until you open the door to the grill - wow! Full of people, laughing and socializing, $7 large mixed drinks, such a friendly and lively place! Room was clean and sufficient, not luxurious but fine. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. This is the place to stay if you are visiting the New River Gorge area of WV. »

« We loved our stay at AOTG! Our cabin/room was nicely decorated, clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was strong and hot. It’s a quiet location surrounded by beautiful nature. We ate at Chetty’s Pub - and the food/vibe were great. We were there in early May so not all food options/stores were open yet but we didn’t mind that. And you couldn’t beat the short distance to the NP, hiking, visitor center or Fayetteville. Worth every penny. I can only imagine how fun their rafting excursions...
