« The property is cute and cozy with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and has a comfortable bed. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and it was very convenient to the Boatnik festivities across the river. We were able to easily walk to the concert on Friday night, which was great because it looks like parking is not easy to find near the park. We were also able to walk to a few good restaurants. Overall, it was a great place to stay and would recommend it to others! »

« Stayed for a month here with my mom as we continued our hunt for our forever home. The people in Merlin are ALL awesome and welcoming; we couldn’t ask for a better group of people: with each person we met, the very next one was even better. In addition, my mom fell in love with the MY PLACE bar. The bartenders were the best and the atmosphere was comfortable. Dan was a gracious host and our stay was flawless. « We loved the location. Unfortunately the property had a sewage smell when we arrived, and then plumbing issues developed soon after our arrival. The manager was very responsive but we did have to leave the property early so they could work on the problem. If they resolve this issue, the property would have 5 stars for convenience. I would also recommend replacing the old carpet with a clean hard surface. »

« Property was fine. Problem was that the door lock code had not been set for the number we had been given. Fortunately we could call to have it reset by having someone come out. But we also had to wait outside in the cold and rain. »

"Bon accueil, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la navette à notre arrivée à l’aéroport. La chambre est grande mais mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Le petit déjeuner est décevant . J’aurais aimé des toasts et des œufs… L’hôtel est bien situé et le rapport qualité prix est correct. "
