Châteaux à Sud de l'Indiana

« The staff were so friendly & kind »

« It was a pretty good hotel and nice that it had a hot tub and didn't really have much complaints about it thankfully. I'd definitely stay there again. »

« Your low quality hotel for a stop on the road, surroundings are dull, equipements used, employees are great »

« The hotel and front desk were fine! The problem I had was at 6:00 am the house keepers came through and continuously banged things around until our checkout time at noon. So much for getting some extra sleep before the late checkout. »

« Staff very cheerful and helpful »

« The room was clean but the comforter had a stain, so when I called the front desk they were attentive, kind and immediately brought up a clean comforter. The staff is very sweet, always said hi and answered all our questions. »

When we did that, the front desk person just glared at us like we were doing something wrong and asked very snarkily if there's something they could help us with. Then they charged us an incidental fee when we arrived of $50 which is is normal, but when the transaction updated,...
