« This place is an incredible value with all the comforts of home. It even has limited cookware, and the apartment building has free, freshly ground coffee in the lobby! The only thing that wasn’t perfect about this property was the washing machine. It’s a front loader and was full of mold and stunk, so I decided not to do a load of laundry while there. Aside from that, though, this place was exceptionally clean and has great views from TWO balconies of downtown Austin and the river! »

« We go to Texas every year for moto gp. This is the first time we stayed at a house close to COTA .Great location to everything . So much to do! Quiet neighborhood, owner has awesome communication . He worked with us on bringing our dogs and using the garage to store our bikes during our stay. Backyard was fully fenced. Super clean house. Ac blows cold what more could you ask for »

« House was in a great location, clean, and very nice to sleep in. It was our own fault that we did not pay attention to the 1 bathroom, so for six people that was a lot of time waiting. Living room open into kitchen is nice, but living room is not that big. Did not matter to us as we spent most of our time out, but if you a looking to chill with six people at the house there is not enough room for everyone to sit and watch tv. Would rent again. »

« The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and tranquil this house was. It had all the amenities listed/shown and so many more. The location was also very central. We were three generations visiting Austin for the first time and had a great experience. The walking trails were right outside, as mentioned. The kayaking experience through Barton Springs is truly unique and unforgettable.Lisa (host) was completely accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and felt welcome. »

« Four couples stayed for a long weekend and had a blast exploring Austin. The house is absolutely gorgeous with upgraded everything-easily, the nicest place we have ever rented. We had an architect and IT nerd with us and they couldn't stop geeking out about the features of the house! The hot tub was an amazing bonus and overlooked a small ravine. »

Don the engineer went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Also, only 1 out of 3 elevators was working, and apparently that had been an issue for 2 months.
