« My wife and I stayed for a week at the end of March and loved it. Close to everything we wanted to go and do. Fantastic coffee shops & BBQ close by in every direction. Summer moon and Terry Blacks were two that we loved. We loved having a kitchen to save some money cooking a few meals. The hosts provided pots, pans, utensils which made it convenient. The hosts also provided lots of TV viewing options after long days exploring the city. Would love to stay again! »

« Owner cancelled our reservation the day we were about to check in. Funny how a guest cannot cancel and just loses the money they paid for the unit, but the owner can cancel and your just SOL with no place to stay and then I am scrambling trying to find another place to stay at the last minute. Not cool at all!!!!! It appeared to be a nice place, but I cannot give it a good rating. »

« The apartment was great for our trip, just a few things that made it a little inconvenient. There isn’t seating in the living room for 4 adults to sit comfortably and watch TV. There are only 2 pillows on each bed with decorative shams on them. It felt strange to sleep on the decorative pillows, but nothing else was provided to sleep on. There aren’t extra blankets. « Visiting family in the neighborhood so this was convenient. Not really walkable to Barton Springs, but was very close to our relatives. Was emailed several times about checking out early when I had indicated we would check out on time at 11. The cleaning crew showed up at 10:30 which was not their fault but felt pushy. There is wear and tear on the place but it was clean, quiet, and convenient for our needs. »

« This place is an incredible value with all the comforts of home. It even has limited cookware, and the apartment building has free, freshly ground coffee in the lobby! The only thing that wasn’t perfect about this property was the washing machine. It’s a front loader and was full of mold and stunk, so I decided not to do a load of laundry while there. Aside from that, though, this place was exceptionally clean and has great views from TWO balconies of downtown Austin and the river! »
