Nice yound lady at the front desk, big smile and efficiency. Rooms are OK, nothing fancy, neighborhood is calm and we could have a good night of sleep. Breakfast is minimalist. Would stay there again.

Main room was clean. Shower stall covered in dust and possible mold. Employee said they may not have rented that room In a while. Morning shift front desk operator liked Incense. Continental breakfast, very basic, nothing warm. Orange juice and milk left on counter without being cool. no night lobby employee. Front doors locked had to use side doors.

We stayed here because it was close to Silver Falls State Park. It was clean and served the purpose of a place to sleep and shower.

The hotel is clean and quiet and perfect location if you don’t want to stay in Salem but it’s an older hotel and the beds are not very comfortable.

Disappointed
Bathtub was dirt stained, found several hairs in the shower, around sink, and on bathroom floor. Fitted bottom sheet didn't fit bed properly and constantly popped off. Pool, and hot tub area closed with no explanation throughout 2 night stay. "Continental Breakfast" was pathetic.

There was no Fitness Room. I work out EVERY day. For 4 days I did not work out. I asked that they email me my receipt. I even wrote down my email address. I am still waiting for my receipt which I have to submit to my company to be reimbursed. No breakfast. Coffee unavailable in the early morning (I had to leave at 0700 each morning and so at 0600 I would drive to Safeway to get a cup of coffee...every morning I was there.

The rooms and microwaves ect were on the older side but worked well. Continental breakfast was small but ok. Beds were hard but clean. Overall a good stay.

Surprisingly clean and large rooms
The room was surprisingly clean and big for the price I paid. Only part that wasn’t great was the breakfast. There was not much to choose from. Cereal, a few pieces of toast, and 2 bruised apples. I was expecting at least a waffle maker, donuts, or eggs and bacon. Something warm and worthy of saying “breakfast included” other than that I would stay there again without question.

At first I learned that there s no elevator at the building so I told the lady I could not carry my luggage on stairs so lucky she found one king bed available on first floor instead of 2 queen beds on 3rd floor! I was glad but wished they would give me some credit since the cost s slight cheaper than I paid the first one. I even asked for it but they couldn’t due to 3rd party involved! So I accepted as the room with king bed s nice.

The hotel staff was amazing. The pool was a nice bonus, beautiful pool room! The AC in our room worked great and everything was clean, pillows were flat. The room/hotel was very outdated (straight out of the 70's) definitely not what I expected paying over $100 a night for but the great staff and pool made up for it. Overall we had a great experience here and we'd probably stay again.

The main entrance is locked at night and you have to check in through a window. I assume due to the fact that there is a prison down the street. There is also barbed wire all around the parking lot. The hotel itself is musty and old. There were multiple stains on our blankets including blood stains.

Worst continental breakfast I have ever seen and they did not have a vending machine. Considering the distance you would have to walk to get to a store, the vending machine not there was a bummer.

Poor experience
The hotel was mediocre. Breakfast was subpar. I forgot my swimsuit in our room. When I called the next day I was told the didn’t have it. Their housekeeping staff is dishonest.
