Upstairs, enjoy stunning views from the screened balconies or challenge your family and friends to a game of table tennis in the game room. The home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The fourth bedroom serves as an attached office space with two twin beds, accessed through the main bedroom suite. This space shares the master bath and includes a portable AC unit for added comfort.

The community boat ramp is private property and not for guest use. It remains locked at all times and is reserved for residents only. All guest boaters must use the public boat ramp at Shepard Park, located at 600 SW Ocean Blvd, Stuart, Florida.
You must supply your own transportation, or we recommend using the UBER app or Lyft App.
Paradise Palm River House is a beautiful property located north of the Roosevelt Bridge, on a canal with access to the Saint Lucie River. The house is fully furnished and tastefully decorated and comes with a private boat dock conveniently located behind the home. You can relax poolside or in one of the private screened-in porches and enjoy your favorite meal fresh off the grill. The kitchen is a dream come true, featuring a stainless-steel induction cooktop and wall oven, and there is a spacious dining area and tranquil patio with a view of the private pool. The home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a fourth bedroom that functions as an office space with two twin beds. This room is attached to the main bedroom suite and is accessed through the master bedroom. It also includes a portable AC unit for additional comfort. The house is located just a few minutes from historic Jensen Beach and Stuart, and less than an hour’s drive from West Palm Beach.

Please note: After booking this property, you are required to provide color copies of government-issued photo IDs for every person in your party who is 18 years of age or older within 24 hours of making the reservation. We retain the right to perform a felony background check on each person. Any person with a sexual felony conviction will not be permitted on the property. Full refunds will be granted if this affects your ability to keep your reservation.
Pet Fees: $200+ for the first dog and $75+ for the second. You must select “Pets” when creating your reservation. Pets are approved and priced on a case-by-case basis via photos and a phone interview. Cats are never allowed.
Watercraft Info (if applicable): Guests bringing a boat or watercraft will need to provide basic details including make, model, length, and draft. Proof of valid insurance with $500,000+ in coverage for damages and liability is required. Dock water or electric hookups may be available for an additional fee. Boat trailers must be parked in the driveway only (not on grass or over the irrigation system). The boat lift is reserved for long-term stays and approved on a case-by-case basis. An additional security deposit may be required for dock or watercraft usage.
Extended Stays: All stays longer than 28 days require bi-weekly cleaning at the guest’s personal expense during their stay. A representative will contact you to schedule your cleaning. Failure to comply could possibly result in an additional cleaning fee at the end of your stay.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE PALMETTO RIVER HOUSE
These rules are intended to promote the peaceful enjoyment of our community.
GATHERINGS: Gatherings of more than the maximum number of people allowed in this property (6 people) are not permitted. Events and parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.
SWIMMING POOL AND POOL AREA Persons shall shower before entering the pool. No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area. Only swimwear may be worn in the pool. No person who cannot swim may use the pool without supervision. No animals are allowed in the pool area. The use of the pool area is for residents and registered guests only.
GARBAGE COLLECTION Please have your garbage packed into large plastic bags or containers and placed in front of your home on Monday and Thursday. Monday is also recycling day. All recyclables can be placed in one bin. All trash bins must be placed by the road before pickup and removed from curbside the same day. (We recommend placing bins out the night before collection.)
Any violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your reservation.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 100% refunds will be granted for cancellations requested in writing at least 60 days before your scheduled arrival date. 50% refunds will be granted for cancellations made 30–59 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded unless some or all of your dates are rebooked by another traveler. Refunds will be adjusted based on the number of days rebooked. Any credit card payment or refund fees incurred by Good Vibes Vacation Rental Management related to your cancellation will be subtracted from your refund. On-site payment method and processing fees are subject to change and may differ from the amounts stated above; the applicable fee will be based on the current rate in effect on the date of your booking. “On-Site Payment Method” fees (4.25%+) for reservations booked through HomeAway (VRBO) or directly are not refundable. All refunds, including any damage deposits paid by credit card, will incur a 4%+ processing fee to be refunded to the original payment method or may be issued by check to your verified mailing address with no additional fee.
