Mountain Watch is one of the most sought-after locations in Stratton due to its proximity to the lifts, shops and restaurants. This comfortable condo is well suited for extended summer stays for retirees looking to maintain their active, outdoorsy lifestyle.

Tasteful furnishings, wood burning fireplace (unlimited firewood) and lift and mountain views from the deck and living room await your stay here.

Comfortably sleeps 7, but can fit 8. "Single" bed in king bedroom is a sleeper chair, appropriate for a child or small adult.

DETAILS
The condo is just a few yards away from everything Stratton has to offer. The Villager chairlift, easily viewed from the private deck, is steps away. After a snowy day you can ski straight to the condo entrance door. No car or shuttle needed.

The location is perfect if you want to eat out. The private lot (2 parking spaces for guests) is actually the closest available parking to the Fire Tower Restaurant and Tavern, for example.

If you prefer to stay in, the kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and stove and all the dishes and utensils you need. There is also an outdoor barbeque grill on the private deck.

3 Smart TVs (65" in the living room) and free WiFi are included in your stay here. A private washer and dryer make post-ski laundry easy.

A wood fireplace, with unlimited free firewood, and baseboard heat help keep everybody toasty during a winter trip.

A mudroom for leaving skis/boots/jackets comes equipped with a washer & dryer for your personal use.

This is NOT a party spot. Other families live in the building and will complain if there is loud noise. Please try to keep the place tidy and respect it as if it were your own.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the condo. There are no locked cupboards or closets inside.

INTERACTION
Guests are welcome to have as much or as little interaction as they desire. No check-in “procedures” are necessary. A unique code for the smart lock is automatically generated and sent to each guest upon booking. This code only starts working at check-in time on the day of arrival and expires at check-out time on the day of departure.
That said, we try to respond as quickly as possible to any questions or concerns, and enjoy communicating with guests in need or clarity or looking for recommendations.

THINGS OF NOTE
Stratton is not just a winter sport destination. It is a great place to visit in the spring, summer, and fall too!

Springtime is great for peaceful hikes among the blooming flowers, or enjoyment of the foliage from a Gondola ride. For more thrills, try the Stratton Bike Park, where you and your bike can take a lift up the mountain before hitting the trails on the way down.

Summertime is perfect for kid’s summer camps:
Adventure Camp for kids 3 – 12 years old from late June thru August or Junior Tennis Camp running all summer.

Summer is also a great time to enjoy live music events or a few rounds of golf or tennis or pickleball matches.

At any time of year
The Stratton Fitness and Training Center is open to the public and has plenty of amenities, including indoor and outdoor tennis courts, pickleball, indoor saltwater swimming pool, Yoga room, weight/cardio equipment, etc. Access to the center is $25 per guest per day, but we can provide discounted passes of $10/day upon request.

Great all around experience

The condo was exactly what we were looking for, and the accuracy of the description was great. Three of us stayed at the apartment mid Presidents’ Day week, which the unit was perfect for (although could have easily fit more people). Great proximity to everything in the town and to the ski lifts, easy to get in and out, super comfy beds, fireplace, and solid kitchen, made it all very convenient and easy. Brian was very responsive and kind. Would highly recommend.

Home-Like Getaway

Location, Location, Location is all we can say. Felt like home as soon as we opened the door. From the great accommodations in the kitchen to the comfortable beds and the five star hotel towels. The amenities throughout this home were endless. A true ski in ski out experience steps away from the slopes. Unforgettable memories for our family. We will be rebooking in the future.

January 2024 stay - will be back.

We had a great time at Brian's place in Mountain Watch last weekend (January 2024). Everything was just as described, and the setup was perfect for our family. The kids loved having their own rooms, and my wife and I appreciated the cozy (CLEAN) living area with wood burning fireplace. One of the things we loved most about the unit was its location. It's right on the same level as the Villager lift, making getting to and from the slopes a breeze (especially with a 2 year old and a 5 year old). It is true ski on/off, with the added benefit of being just steps away from the Village. We parked our car when we got there, and didn't have to touch it again until it was time to go home. Brian himself was fantastic to deal with. He was super responsive and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The unit was incredibly clean and organized, and we are already planning to that there another weekend this season. If you're looking for a family-friendly unit with great proximity to both skiing and the Village, I highly recommend checking it out.
