The towels was dirty, the ac keeps switching on and off . It was expensive just to stay one night.. and breakfast not included.

We liked everything about this hotel. Clean, quiet, wonderful beds and bedding, nice bath products and a decent restaurant. The price was quite reasonable and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We will stay there again next year when we visit Stratford.

The accommodations were fabulous. There were 4 of us and the lady in reception gave us adjacent rooms which was great! The mattress and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and well priced!

Nice big, quiet room with lots of very soft pillows. But it took 3 requests for a foam pillow to finally be told the hotel has none! Lovely blonde lady serving breakfast Sat. in dining room.

I always enjoy my stay at the Arden Park. It is convenient to downtown and to the Stratford Mall for a couple of hours of shopping and browsing. The food is excellent and the restaurant very pleasant. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. It is my favourite place to stay in Stratford when I visit the Festival each season.

was not informed that a $200 hold would be placed on the credit card. for a $210 per night stay that hold is exorbitant and unnecessary, $100 would have been fine and the bigger problem is that the staff never told us...

The pool looked pretty dirty. There was a hockey tournament going on so a bunch of adults were sitting outside the elevator and in the pool area drinking beers and coolers while their kids played hockey in the hallways and ran around the pool area yelling and screaming. We came down for breakfast and conveniently the kitchen was closed and the power kept flickering in and out but that may have been due to the weather. The staff did not have a great attitude coming in and us leaving. The stay was "just okay".

This property is in a great location with ample parking and walking distance to just about everything. Our room was spacious, super clean and we loved the bedding and extra pillows. Dining and use of the computer and printer was very convenient for us. The front counter staff on arrival was friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely stay here again.
