La chaîne Radisson me déçoit de plus en plus. Les photos sont toujours alléchantes mais une fois sur place beaucoup de déception face à des matériaux vieillissants. À Stockholm le personnel relève le niveau.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet Hotel ! C'était parfait. Bonne situation juste à côté de la gare , belle décoration à l'intérieur, chambre propre et literie confortable. Un petit déjeuné excellent.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, it’s a nice location for visiting Stockholm but no valet services despite the indications, the service is below average, the swimming pool is more the size of a whirlpool. Disappointing…

Très bien dans l'ensemble, une grosse machine !
Très bon accueil et disponibilité. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Bon emplacement, sans plus Piscine vraiment petite et horaires réduits, le seul point noir !

Bel hôtel bien situé mais chambre famille petite
L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de tous les monuments et de la gare centrale. Les enregistrements d'arrivée et de départ se font rapidement. le petit déjeuner est bien garni et suffisant avec un grand espace. La piscine est petite mais sympa, et le salle de sport est bien équipé et sympa. Les chambres familiales ne sont pas adapté pour 4 personnes, ou alors pour une famille avec de petits enfants Globalement l’hôtel est propre et le service est convenable pour un 4 étoiles.

Agréable séjour
Très bel hôtel dans lequel le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. Les chambres sont propres tout comme les espaces communs. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité avec une multitude de choix.

L'hôtel est splendide. J'ai aimé la piscine que je trouve fort petite pour la taille de l'hôtel (les heures d'ouverture sont aussi trop restreintes). L'emplacement est excellent, on est près de tout.

Lovely swimming pool. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Didn’t like the scaffolding inside the centre of the hotel but I do like the longer term objective of increasing the light inside the atrium.

Shower drain was blocked and even after asking to fix, nothing was done. Curtains broken, unable to close (privacy and light issues). Cleaning was poor. seems that they just make the beds and nothing more. No hand soap in the last day. Unable to adjust the temperature of the room as there is no indication of it.

Fantastiskt bra läge, trevlig och uppmärksam personal överlag (förutom en kvinna som inte var speciellt hjälpsam eller trevlig). God och varierad frukost. Sov gott och hörde bara rumsgrannen när dörren till rummet öppnades/stängdes. Toppen med pool, bubbelpool och bastu där barn också fick vara.
