Bel hôtel d’une époque passée, emplacement central, vue sur canal, mais état général demande certaines réparations( example: le faut plafond dans notre chambre était cassé). service du restaurent et petit déjeuner est très lent.. Douche était incorporé en espace de toilette, donc très petites .

Beau mais mal géré
Nous avons été incommodés tout le séjour par une forte odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain. Sur 5 jours aucun technicien n'est venu. Une autre chambre nous a été proposée au bout de 3 jours. Elle était trop bruyante (au 1er étage sur le boulevard et la porte donnant sur le lounge). Le personnel était gentil mais visiblement dépassé. Nous avons eu des excuses orales et 1 corbeille de fruit avec 2 boissons pour l'anniversaire de mon fils. Aucune autre compensation. Il me semble que ce n'est pas digne d'un hôtel de cette gamme.

Quel lobby merveilleux, quelle ambiance suédoise... Les chambres sont “normales” mais l’hotel a un charme fou et est très bien placé. Ambiance au bar magique, beau design, certainement l’adresse la plus typique à Stockholm.

Un très bon choix pour Stockholm
Hôtel idéalement placé à Stockholm. Lobby "années 30" magnifique, joli bar, très bien fréquenté tous les jours de la semaine. Un bon choix à la fois pour un séjour "affaires" ou en couple.

Overall it’s a great hotel but it definitely should be updated if they want to continue calling it a 5 star. Our room had a great view and layout but the bathroom had some chipped paint and the shower was small and had no glass, letting my water splash the floor outside the shower a lot. Also, it only has one old elevator that is an original elevator, so it looks cool but it’s small. The stairs are convenient but tiring if above the 4th floor. Staff was super nice and the location is perfect! Overall we enjoyed it but we hope they update soon.

The hotel feel a little dated but that gives it part of its charm! The rooms are nice but feel old and in need of some refurbishment. The hottest hotel shower I have ever encounter. The breakfast is just ok and could offer more choices are the in room dinning. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. Will come again.

Väldigt slitet hotell med bra läge men för långa väntetider för mat, lunch, drinkar, frukost. Skulle behöva rustas samt mer (eller effektivare) personal. Absolut inte femstjärnigt. Vi jämför då med tex Bank Hotell, Lydmar och Dagmar som alla håller klart högre klass.
