« Overall we loved it! Location is gorgeous, staff were all consistently kind and handled all requests with friendliness. We ate at the Cascade restaraunt for dinner and breakfast and both were good. My only remark is the room cleanliness... my kids kept finding stuff on the floor(a cheeto, a bean then small toys under the bed) which was gross! Rooms definitely look run down. Other then that I like how they host all kinds of event throughout the month, nighty bon fires, and scavenger huts. We...

« Excellent location. Fun small local hotel. »

« Linda was very friendly, made the checkin process smooth and easy, and was welcoming to our dogs. It was a cozy, clean space with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay!! »

« Overall good experience. The place is in a quiet area. There is a wedding venue nearby, so when I arrived on Friday I could hear loud music, but it was over before 11:00 pm. The rest of the weekend was very quiet. I loved seeing deer on my porch. One thing I didn't like was pretty dark bathroom, so it was difficult to do make up. Also, lack of any counter space or shelves in the bathroom. As a woman on a long trip I'd like to have at least a small space where I can place my cosmetic bag. »

« Very comfortable and clean new cabin. Woke up to a huge herd of elk one morning. Deer and fawn the next. Please note I expected a creek. There is NO creek or even trace of while we were there in July/August. »

« Great location for a home base for hiking, biking and sightseeing. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the evenings. »

« Cute, clean house with a nice little outdoor area! »

« This place was great loved it so much really fun »

« I booked a king forest view room and I got a king room overlooking the roof, office space for skamania, and the parking lot, I did glimpse the tippy tops of trees on the other side of the roof, I guess that’s the forest? I also price shopped and found through Expedia I saved $30 on the room. However, when I checked in I learned there was a 20% surcharge for booking with them that I had to pay. So all around I felt taken advantage of and the worst part was the room was subpar for what I paid. ...

« I truly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful setting. My only complaint is, when booking a room thru a 3rd party one doesn't know of all the add-on charges they will get charged. I was charged an additional 70 for parking, ground maintenance, and other general stuff. What a surprise. »
