« Extremely clean rooms, helpful staff. The restaurant is truly amazing. We arrived on the Blue Train and stayed 3 nights on the way to Victoria Falls. The driver said most guests arrive or deposit by the Blue Train or Rovos Rail and spend only 1 night. What a pity! The hotel is such a wonderful experience in itself. The driver took us to the Botanical Gardens which is really a very nice park one day and the Zoo the next. He wanted us to see the Union Building and statue of Nelson Mandela. I...

« C'était un sejour merveilleux!! Le confort absolu de la chambre et le service impeccable de l'ensemble du personnel !! Il ya tellement de petites attentions que l'on a l'impression d'être des personnes exceptionnelles. On a une vue imprenable sur pretoria et l'union building depuis la terrasse depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel. Dans un quartier très calme mais pas besoin de sortir le soir , le restaurant propose une splendide carte avec des mets savoureux et de très bon cocktails ! »

« Location , facilities etc all great communication with host not so much and it created uncertainty about the check in times and process as I had no access to any information despite calls and messages - my flight arrived late and was not sure what time check in times were available. As a woman traveling alone at night in South Africa this is not acceptable »

« L'hôtel demande quelques réfections à certains endroits. La chambre est très confortable mais il y a des odeurs nauséabondes d'égout devant notre chambre... et qui s'infiltre a l'intérieur. Le restaurant se veut gastronomique (avec des portions riquiqui) et des prix beaucoup plus chers qu'ailleurs. Cependant, le service est loin d'être à la hauteur. L'endroit est sécurisé. La piscine est très propre et nous avons pu y prendre notre verre de vin ! Très bien. »
