Thank you for posting a review. The cabin is in the country. The nearest town is Steelville. Which is 5 miles from the cabin. My cleaning lady has been with me for 5 years and does an excellent job. I’m not sure if the guest wanted a spare set of sheets. I do know that the sheets on the bed would not of been dirty. I ask guest to wash and put away the dishes that they use before check out.

I’m not sure what the ‘fur’ in the hot tub means. We had it professionally cleaned out before this guest arrival so maybe there was some debris from the hot tub lines. I’m going to Steelville today to check it out. I’ll also check out the utensils. There should have been plenty and mention to my cleaning lady about the dusty air conditioner.

I’m sorry this guest did not enjoy the hot tub. This is the first I’ve heard that they weren’t happy. There are a couple jets that aren’t working but there’s 8 jets that are working. To insinuate that it wasn’t clean is not correct. I have my hot tub team that cleans and shocks our hot tubs after each stay.

Sorry you had a issue with the shower We went to Steelville today to check it out and the knob was turned upside down. The only thing we can figure is maybe the faucet was loose at one time and someone took it off and put it back on upside down. It’s a single knob faucet. Anyway, it’s fixed 🤪

Sorry, that our Jack’s log cabin didn’t meet up to this guest expectations. This log cabin has its own cyber link internet, with WiFi. I did not know that there was an issue with the router until late the next day. We need to know about an issue to address it. This guest was issued a refund for the inconvenience of the internet being unavailable. Jacks log cabin is located 5 miles from Steelville on 13 acres. We have 3 cabins with each cabin being more then 200 ft apart. I have many trees and plantings between each cabin for a private experience. They are not lined up in a row. I’m sure the guest that arrived at our larger cabin were excited about Labor Day weekend and ready to have fun and relax. That’s our goal for all of our guest. If they were being to loud, I could of contacted them, if I knew. We expect everyone to be considerate of others. Please, feel free to contact me during your stay. That’s what I’m here for 😊
