The Villas at Walton Creek is ideally located within walking distance from the ski area (less than a half mile) and literally across the street and steps to the free bus route (5 minute ride). This 2 bedroom, 2 bath comfortably sleeps 4 adults and makes a fantastic Steamboat vacation rental.

It's very easy to feel at home and relax at this spacious, bright and immaculate condo. Enter the one level, ground floor unit either through the private, attached garage or access via the front door.

The roomy living area is highlighted by a superbly remodeled, fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample storage and everything you will need to stay in and cook meal.

Drinking and dining options are a plenty. Above the kitchen counter is a bar countertop, with four stools. This overlooks the dining area providing the perfect venue for cooking and socializing with other guests. The round dining table comfortably seats four and is also perfect for a doing a puzzle, playing cards or a board game. Choose from a nice selection provided by the home owner.

You’ll enjoy kicking back on the comfy sofa and love seat and watching a movie, show or game on the flat screen TV. You might just want to curl up and read a book, or just relax by the gas fireplace, which keeps the unit extremely toasty.

There is a partially covered patio right off the living area with ski run and valley views.

There are two bedrooms off of the living area including the master en suite, which offers an alluring queen bed, closet and an attached private full bathroom has with a tub/shower combo.

The 2nd bedroom on this level also has a queen bed and closet.

There is another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo off the living area.

Villas 1454 offers a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The private garage is perfect for your vehicle and/or gear. Extra large vehicles will not fit in the garage but can park on the driveway directly in front of the unit. There is also guest parking available on a first come first serve basis thought out the complex.

Enjoy a soak in the community hot tub (year-round). Hot tub occasionally closed for seasonal cleaning etc, please call if you need us to verify exact dates

If you don't want to walk to the resort, a free bus route stop is only 350 steps away. Buses loop every 20 minutes and you are only about 5 minutes from the base of the gondola/base area, restaurants & pubs and the Gondola Transit Center, which connects you to shopping, downtown and more restaurants and pubs.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Very convenient location close to the bus stop and within walking distance of the slopes. The management is very responsive by email and text to answer questions and address any issue that might arise. The condo is very convenient with a walk in heated garage.

Steamboat ski trip

This condo had everything we wanted for our trip to steamboat. The beds were super comfortable, the location was great, the hot tub felt wonderful after long days of skiing, and the kitchen was very well equipped. it was also nice to have an indoor garage to park our car. I would definitely stay there again, if Im lucky enough to make it back to steamboat.

Great location, can walk or take free shuttle to the ski area. Steamboat is an awesome mtn town with charm and amenities. This place fit our needs perfectly. Would stay here again.

We all had a wonderful time staying in this home, there was plenty of room and amenities and having the cabinets stocked with utensils made dining in super easy, we even got to enjoy the hot tub on site and it was all very enjoyable, thank you!

We had gotten scammed by a third party (nothing to do with this property) and we scrambled to find a place. We found this itrip listing and they scrambled to get someone over to get the space clean so we would have a space to stay. So incredibly thankful for their customer service and understanding how stressed we were in finding a last minute palce to stay!

Wonderful family ski get away.

The place was as advertised. It was clean and well equipped. Lay out of the condo was very good and the heated garage was nice to have. Located close to the bus stop for easy access to the slopes. The only drawback was the thinness of the walls, mainly those on the floor above.
