The victorian is fabulous

We enjoyed our brief fortnite's day at the Victorian. The location is exceptional. The views of steamboat, the gondola and the ski area were wonderful, especially lit with . The jacuzzi was delightful after a long tripChristmas.

Cool property - not great property management

This is an interesting & unique place to stay, that part was great! Nomadness Rentals the property mgmt company seriously needs to do better: our bed sheets were clean, Yay! - but had multiple long dark hairs on them, prob from Housekeeping staff. the kitchen had two (yes, 2) forks, and one (yes, 1) spoon. plates & bowls were also in short supply. our 1st day there 4 guys from a roofing contractor showed up at 4.30p, stayed until 6p, clambering around on our deck & roof - Nomad gave us no heads-up about this. on Day 4 some guy showed up - also unannnounced - to say he was there to repair the 'fireplace insert'. this apartment's gas-fired frieplace doesn't have a fireplace insert, perhaps in the main house? I had to physically stand in the doorway to stop the guy from coming inside (my wife was naked in the kitchen, 10' from the door). To summarize: cool property - but property management is in serious need of a re-boot!

Cozy Apt Under the Gondola

This lovely apartment under the gondola was a very comfortable respite for us. It was clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice fire place that we used in the early morning. The location was convenient to the mountain dining. We would definitely return.

Wonderful apartment. Great lication

Amazing apartment, perfect for myself and my dog. Everything was as described and the management team were proactive and responsive. Walking distance to a lovely market and restaurants. Was not there for ski season but the location close to the mountain could not have been better. Short drive to downtown and trails. The fireplace heated up the entire place on chilly mornings and evenings. Did not want to leave. Highly recommend, we will be back

Funky little place

We had a great stay in Steamboat. The apartment is in a good location. We had a rental car, so easy to go back and forth to the downtown area, but far enough away we felt like we were "getting away". The management company was great - very responsive. The bed is a soft mattress, the shower was really small, and there's only 1 small mirror in the whole place. The kitchen amenities were good. The living room space was plentiful, with a nice deck. There was a hot tub, which needed attention - so we did not end up using it after a long hike - which was unfortunate. However, the managment company replied that they would send someone to look into it - but that was our last day - so hopefully the next group will have a good soak.

Wonderful time in Steamboat

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this property. It was beautiful and clean, and the Internet and Roku were great amenities after long days of outdoor adventure! We also loved the shopping bags, which came in handy since stores in steamboat don’t typically provide bags. Thank you!

Fantastic

Fantastic 1-bedroom apt under the gondola! Great little kitchen - nicely appointed. Everything you need for a steamboat home away from home. Very private with the over-the-garage MIL completely separate from the main house - no shared walls. Worth noting if you bring a dog, there is no fenced yard. Also - the only bathroom is the en suite. Otherwise was perfect.
