Nice ski in/ski out unit if there’s snow. Unit is too far from town to walk; 10 minute drive. Unit is small but was ok for 4 adults. Parking was a little tight but ok.Pros: kitchen nicely updated, living room furniture was fine, nice gas fireplace, towels good, nice view. Closets were good with plenty of hangars. Washing machine/dryer worked well. Check in/check out was easy/quick.Cons: the mattresses (king & 2 doubles) were not very comfortable for us. Didn’t care for the bedding, felt synthetic and not comfortable to sleep in.

Overall we really enjoyed our time at Ski Inn (have stayed there many times in different units). This unit was nice and updated, comfortable beds and space.I will say the unit needs a little closer attention to the cleanliness - the vents in the bathrooms and rooms were extremely dusty, as well as the tops of the ceiling fans. Additionally, the back door to the condo was broken when we arrived and was not fully shutting (and the outside temperature was below 0). They did come fix it immediately but I feel as though this is something that should have been checked during the ā€œinspectionā€ that they told us had to happen before they could let us into our unit. The maintenance person who came to make the repairs let himself in without even knocking while we were there, so that was also a little concerning for us. Would probably stay here again, as long as the unit can be adequately maintained.

Condo was in a great location within the town, remodeled with very modern amenities. Lots of good bars and restaurants close by. Great access to the slopes from the parking lot. Ski in and ski out a bit of a stretch. You can ski out of the parking lot and get within 30-40 feet of where you can skit to lift but you will be walking a bit - not a huge deal. Same thing with coming back. Community hot tubs were good and only a short walk. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. We should definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay minus two things. First, you can hear everything from every unit above so book top floor. Second, we couldn’t use the shower in the primary bedroom the first day because the shower door wouldn’t open. Management responded quickly once we called. Loved the decor. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds comfy. Overall, would stay again but on top floor.

Our family of 5 had a very comfortable stay at Ski Inn where the location was extremely convenient. Access to/from the slopes was exactly what we were looking for. We searched through several properties and had many options. This location seemed to be the best fit for us and for our budget and it turned out to be perfect. We would stay here again without question.

The condo was very nice and updated. Had a problem with the TV in the living room and contacted Retriatia, never heard back. As far as ski in/ski out. Skiing out is quite difficult even for experienced skiers, it’s up hill. Almost everyone walks to the slope to get down to the lifts. If you tend to ski easier runs, there are none the dump out near the condo to make it a true ski in. Other than than quite enjoyable

Had I not reached out to the Property Mgr when i did, which was the day prior to check in, I would not have been able to check in when i got there. We were arriving late (After 10PM) on our check in day and had ZERO communication from Retreatia. When I reached out to the number provided, which was Retreatia, they told me I had to talk to the individual property Mgr. When I called the proprerty Mgr, he tells me I have to call Retreatia. Ridiculous! We were on our flight to Denver and literally had no idea if we would be able to get checked in our not when we arrived. On the drive to Steamboat we got a phone call and e-mail with the info we needed. Other than that, all went well but we didn't appreciate the unprofessional handling up front. Nobody I talked to or e-mailed seemed willing or able to take control and get us what we needed, until we were almost there.

What a wonderful property! We would stay here any day of the week! Modern but cozy, had everything we needed. Property management: can you make the check in/out process a bit less confusing? I got several emails and text that were all saying different things as to where to get or drop off the keys. And the paper in the unit said something different as well. Maybe a bit more streamlined? Otherwise this was a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient. Shuttle service was available when needed. The unit was in good shape and kitchen had the necessities for our stay. There were only 2 of us so it was perfect for what we were looking for in a condo. We were located in building 300 so the ski out area was down the hall and outside the door. It was convenient for our unit.

Property management were quick to come and correct the problems, but the fireplace never worked, even after they came to resolve it, since it was a ski chalet, fireplace is a nice amenity.
