Ski-In/Walk-out condo, one of the best locations in Steamboat. Walk out back of building, across a parking lot and click on your skis! It's that simple. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door of the building. *Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.

Free parking pass provided for one vehicle (HOA only allows parking for a single vehicle per unit) - RVs, campers, trailers, etc are not allowed to be parked in the lot or street per the neighborhood HOA. *Please Note: This unit only comes with parking for ONE vehicle. You will have to make other arrangements elsewhere, for parking any additional vehicles.

*Please note many amenities and features are provided and maintained by the HOA and other entities. Some features are only offered seasonally and also require occasional maintenance, cleaning, and upgrades. For example many pools and hot tubs are temporarily closed from approximately April to Memorial Day Weekend and/or Labor Day weekend to Thanksgiving. Storm Meadows is simply one of the best rental property locations in Steamboat, right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing ski-in and walk-out accommodations, and also offers amazing views of the Steamboat ski area.

Enter the property into the kitchen and open living area which features an updated kitchen. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal. There is a large dining table/booth off the kitchen, perfect for a family or group. The living area provides comfortable seating on a leather sofa, as well as extra seating in club chairs. Sit back and relax by the gas fireplace and take in the fantastic views and/or watch a movie or show on the large screen TV. The main level also features vaulted ceilings and a full bathroom.

The upper level has all three bedrooms and one full bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 offer queen beds, Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed (twin over full). Each bedroom has its own TV.

Along with its amazing location and views, Storm Meadows features a community hot tub, a secured ski locker in the building for all of your gear, as well as a coin operated washer and dryer and free parking outside the building (one parking pass provided).

During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, at the base area you have access to other activities such as the Outlaw Mountain Coaster, mini golf, plenty of kid friendly activities, free concerts and movies.

Air conditioning in the living area - rare in steamboat! Fans are also provided for your comfort in the 3 bedrooms.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

The location is great, and the unit is nice and comfortable. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. The description of ski-in, walk out is accurate. The shuttle service is hit or miss. I had one day when it was phenomenal, followed by a day when they were a bit challenged. Initially, we had only one key for 6 adults, which was a bit of a challenge, but eventually, that issue was rectified. Overall, I might rent a car next time I stay in this unit.

Great spot close to the base with ski home and away access to the slope. Comfortably slept 7 (no pull-out) and had enough kitchen for us to make stews and meals. Ground floor ski lockers and we used the hot tub daily without overcrowding during spring break (but maybe we were early birds). Beautiful view of the slopes and two full bathrooms plus a sink in the upper hall for the morning rush. Management by iTrip was communicative and helpful. Got extra towels and keys to us for our bigger group and we used the free shuttles to go to groceries and entertainment a bit. Building is one of the older ones, so amenities and construction from an earlier era, but this was exactly the convenient spot we wanted. Splitting groups was no stress because it was so easy to get in and out of the housing. Parking lot was available easily at the middle floor and we had family come out from Denver. In all, an easy place to base a successful trip for family.

We had a great weekend. You cannot beat the location for skiers and even non skiers. The condo had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our family to not feel crowded. We really appreciated the extra vanity upstairs. We would definitely stay here again

We spent 5 days here and was amazing ! The condo was perfect for our family. Easy ski in ski out. Shuttle service was excellent. Took us to dinner and back every night and always on time. The views were stunning. We had a fantastic vacation with our teenagers!

Often times that pictures and profile make locations look better than they really are. Not here. The apartment was wonderful, warm, comfortable, well-stocked, easy to check-in at. Also, we hit one unexpected snag and the property managers were very prompt in responding and resolving our issue, which was great. One small tip for future residents: there's a tunnel that you can take to get down to the street that will lead you to the ski resort. There's a sign that says "go left" after that tunnel. That is ONLY helpful if you have skis, and if there are snow making machines running. You'll quickly find a spot where you can hop on a trail with skis and ride your way down to the resort. NOT as easy with snowboards when there's deep powder (the slope is shallow, so if you fall - you'll get stuck), and it's possible, like in our case, there are snow machines running that will make you freeze. I'd recommend you go RIGHT after that tunnel, and just walk down the street past the other resorts and apartments... 6 minutes of walking gets you to the resort as well.

Pricey (expected) and clearly corporate management which isn’t ideal from what is supposed to be an owner rental but would certainly stay again. Our two families booked this location due to its ski-in feature. We were not disappointed. The view of the slopes is awesome, and the location is perfect. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds slept well and the decor is updated. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location for our crew. We were there for a foot race that started and ended a few hundred yards downhill. The place was clean and quiet and set up perfectly for a comfortable stay for al of us. There is a nice little veranda deck that overlooks the ski area. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics we needed. The more permanent neighbors were super friendly and welcoming and we chatted from the deck. I recommend this place and will stay there again if possible.

Like most properties in Steamboat, this one does not have air conditioning. With temps near 90 each day, it was rather hot in the evening However, we opened all windows and the unit cooled down during the night. Great location. We would definitely rent this property again.
