« So here are the little gripes I had about this hostel: 1) the sofa in the lobby is uncomfortable it's so bad, they could really change it 2) even from inside my bedroom, the door could only be locked and unlocked with the key. So not only is this inconvenient, it's not safe in case of emergency evacuation 3) they need 2 or 3 fridges, just one is not enough for the whole hostel Like I said, these are just minor points and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff isn't only polite, they talk to you...

« Experiência incrível! German me recebeu com muita simpatia, passando as orientações principais. O quarto é extremamente confortável, silencioso, roupas de camas limpas e cheirosas a toalha de banho é espetacular. Fica na rua Manuel Montt, com opções de Mercado, Farmácias, Bares e Metrô. Café da manhã muito gostoso, certamente ao retornar a Santiago será minha primeira opção em acomodação. »

« We stayed in a private room for just one night. The room was clean and relatively confortable. The staff is nice and the amenities quite good for hostel standards. The only bad thing was maybe the soundproofing of the room, but for that value I guess you cannot really complain. »

« The surrounding area of the property was very quiet and I felt safe walking during the night to the restaurants located close to the hotel. The room was perfect for my needs, it has a private bathroom. A subway station and bus stops are at walking distance from the hostel. »
